Very cute with easy instructions to follow. I watched some tips on YouTube just to make sure I was doing it correctly, but it was easy for a first-timer. I'm very thankful it came with two needles because I snapped one by accident when I was almost done. They're not joking when they say be careful! The only thing I would change about this kit are larger finger guards. They're great quality and I'm glad to have them, but my hands are extremely small compared to an average adult and the finger guards were very snug for me.

This is a perfect project! It’s so cute and easy. I love the design and the kit had really high grade materials. Easily customizable and came with a bunch of extra wool, I can’t wait to use it for my next project!

This was my first time doing a felt needling project. I wanted something cheap, quick and easy before invest too much of my time into it if I didn’t like it, so this was the perfect starter. Plenty of wool, GREAT step by step instructions with pictures and overall just fun. Highly recommend if you’re wanting to give it a shot or your just looking for something different and fun to do. A+++

I'm a beginner, so I appreciate the instructions with photos. Although, everybody's end products will vary, and you might want to add your own flair. Included in box are the basics, just as listed. The needles answer eyes are pinned into the side of the foam mat, in case you're looking for it. They give you plenty of felt in case you mess up, which I did.

We had fun making this little guy, even if it looks absolutely nothing as it should. First attempt at felting, and my 13 year old did things "her own way" -- It was still fun, but I wish we got a little bit more for the price.. Maybe two little animals we could mutilate?I guess the main thing we got out of this is an interest in felting in general, and will now purchase a larger kit.

Very cute and easy to do. The picture diagram was super helpful. This my my first project and I had no problems. I added some extra details that weren’t in the pack. I would definitely order from them again.

When I got this for my niece we were both expecting more of a kit for an intermediate beginner but this is a good gift for anyones who's just curious about felting :)

Comes with everything you need. Never tried a felt project before and bought two so that my daughter and I could try it. We’re hooked and looking to try more. Definitely recommend for someone who’s curious about felt or wants an adorable unicorn themed project! Perfect!

I should have read what “stabbing needles” meant as this product wasn’t what I expected. I decided to still give it a go but unfortunately it didn’t offer me much satisfaction. You need a lot of patience to start the initial body of the unicorn. Despite the finger protectors, I still managed to stab myself 4 times, so it was hard to switch off and find this a therapteuric activity. I also thought it was a bit pricey for what it is. However, the people behind the company seem nice and the product supports their ethics and values.

Small and simple. Very cute starter set. Please be aware that you are gonna stab yourself if you are a beginner. Go slow and steady and you will be greeted with a tiny unicorn. Everything included in the box too.The picture shows how small the finished item could be.

I loved this, this was my first experience with needlefelting and it was amazing!! I cant wait to get more into it, but this was definitely a great beginners kit!!

This was great, excellent customer service, clearly written instructions I found easy to follow. It turned out great and so cute. My first attempt at needle felting and I will definitely be giving it another go!
