I got these set up yesterday and they seemed fine. Setup was a really long process, but I called them and they Received calls. Today they won’t connect to the internet or get calls. So much for a good deal. I’m going to return these and get something that actually works.

I was able to use the call feature, send amf receive voice messages, and put it on do not disturb during class hours but the GPS is not accurate for tracking. The watch tracks the parents phone accurately but not the watch accurately. Also you cannot view your child's surroundings by accessing their camera if they're not actively using the watch.

The SIM card never worked I couldn’t even insert the card. I had several friends helping me out and no one was able to insert the card. Useless.

The most difficult thing is the instructions are VERY BADLY translated from Chinese.First - activate the SIM that comes with it. Speedtalk plan is $5 a month.Second - download the app called "seTracker2" in the app store. Scan the back of the watch to connect to the app.Third - SET THE APN - On the single white sheet of paper that came in the box, toward the bottom, says "APN STEP". Look for a code that looks similar to " apn,mobilenet,,123456#". Use your cell phone to send a text message of that code to the new Speedtalk phone number you just activated. Make sure to enter exactly as shown - include all the commas and numbers. Make sure the watch is turned on. After a few minutes you will get a response saying" APN OK".Now your device is set up and connected to the internet.Hope this helps anyone looking to figure this out. I got this watch due to the cheap cost knowing it would be complicated to set up, BUT IT DOES WORK!
