The media could not be loaded. I recieved the product in used conditionPacking of box was not sealed and no authentication of brand on product...Just like roadside local product

Poor Indians are cheated by poor quality products
I got product on May 31 ,2020, today July 18th 2020 it is not working. I have been cheated by Amazon. My hard earned money is gone wasted. Amazon guys are looting poor Indians money. God please help us.
