I really wanted to love this wallet, but it scratches up my cards worse than anything I’ve ever used. The cards that touch the facing of the metal plates get absolutely destroyed, and cards that have raised faces scratch the magnetic strip off the other cards as they shift around inside it. If they could figure out how to fix these 2 problems this would be a 5 star product, it’s built like a tank and has rfid protection.

Appears well made.However...Not easy to use. Will only hold a few cards.Also, corners are pretty sharp. Corners a bit too sharp for front pocket of jeans.If you are only wanting to carry a few cards and a driver license and you don't mind a bit of fumbling and cussing to get out the one you want, cool.I returned the item. I need to carry a bit more than 3 or 4 cards.I will continue carry my ridiculous, huge "Dad" wallet in my pack until a more useful replacement appears.

Quality built, great weight, good card retention. Do hesitate, if you are reading this — buy it — you will not regret it.

I did plenty of research online about these wallets and I own a few minimalists wallets either leather or "metal" like this one. Overall I find this to be the best among the 4 minimalist wallets I own. My cards are easy to access and the elastic bands that connect the two sides seem to keep their elasticity better than others I own. I only keep about 5 cards in total in the wallet and at times I have a few bucks in the money clip which functions just fine.Often I'll have my wallet in my EDC bag and that is where I believe I appreciate the design and material the most. No more bulky leather snagging on my bag, no more opening a large pocket to dig out the wallet to unfold and ultimately grab a single card. Now I can simply slide the wallet into any desired area of the bag and grab it with easy. I find the same ease of access applies to jeans and pants pockets as well.Overall I am very satisfied and would purchase it again if I needed another one.

The Savage Spartan wallet is a great value. My son has a similar wallet that costs 3 times as much but the Savage Spartan is just as good. I love the Spartan logo and that was a big attraction for me. The wallet arrived quickly, was nicely boxed and as described. It was easy to load my cards into it and I have 8 cards in it now. It only took a few minutes for me to figure out the best way to select the card I want to use and it is easy to insert it again after I am done with the card. My main criteria was it had to be metal, slim and have RFI protection and the Savage Spartan met all of my requirements. I would not hesitate to buy another one or to recommend this wallet to others.

I've used this wallet for 4 months to carry only four cards, each of them with a magnetic strip on the back. All four cards have tremendous lateral scratches on the front and back of the cards from sliding them in and out of this wallet. My debit card, the primary card I use, needs to be replaced because the magnetic strip is too badly scratched. Card readers no longer read it. This is a cool idea for a wallet, and this tactical wallet is well built, but it is entirely impractical unless the cards can be individually separated to avoid scratching. One star for the impracticability of this wallet.

bought this because I need front pocket wallet because of my back. I had a leather wallet from things remembered, but the leather soon stretched and the cards kept falling out. Saw this on Amazon, thought I'd give it a try.When it arrived, it was smaller than expected. I soon came to realize smaller is better. After 2 seconds, I figured out how to place the cards in it (15). The card retention system is very tight, maybe a little too much-LOL. the card insertion is well designed, the sides of the metal are tapered, making it easier to put the card back. The wallet has finger hols cutouts opposite the card insertion side, making it easy to push the cards out. you hay have to take a few cards out to get to the one you want, but again- small price to pay for the reason I purchased. Carrying in my front pocket, it feels like a Zippo lighter. Very small, very comfortable. Not only does Savage Spartan provide an excellent product here, and the shipping was ultra fast, but Savage Spartan emailed me quickly after it was delivered making sure I received my order in good condition and I was happy with my purchase. It’s a good wallet. A bit difficult to get used to pulling just one card out. I haven’t tested it to make sure it’s actually RFID blocking. The metal sides are fairly thick and slightly tapered which makes it easy to slide the cards in.

Looks nothing like picture, came in ambiguous and cheap packaging, terrible finish (Not like brushed carbon black finish pictured in ad) no cool logo...or logo of any kind, just drab flat black , seems a bit smaller than expected. Not the quality I was expecting, screws are not black, It seriously seems like $3 Chinese Knockoff of the promised product feels cheap.

DO NOT BUY THIS if you think its a Spartan Tactical. No logo and it hex screws are cheap stainless steel. Avoid this product. They give you attitude when you tell them the item is not as described and made it like its the customers fault.

The Aluminum Credit Card holder is well made but it is a lot heavy than i expected. I have seen and felt ones made with graphite and i should have considered one of those instead.
