My 3 Year Old Loves This Book!
This book says it's good for 5+, but my son, who started to show an interest in space when he was 2-almost-3, LOVES it. He's almost 4 now and still enjoys reading it almost every day. There is one very annoying typo (humans is misspelled on one page) but other than that it is a good and informative book. When I read it to my son I don't read everything on every page. So the next time, I can read the things I didn't read the last time. It has a lot of information, but has helped my son memorize the order of the planets, and learn facts about each planet. It also talks about nebulas, craters, space tourism, and of course space shuttles and rockets. In the back of the book is a timeline of space related events and the final pages include definitions of things mentioned in the book.I highly recommend this book. It's fun for both of us to read. It has nice, bright photos and is large - but not too big. All in all a wonderful book for any kid!

DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!
I LOVE this book and I know my daughter will too, when I give it to her for her 7th birthday in 2 weeks! But I might not be able to wait that long lol. Shes been obsessed with EVERYTHING SPACE related and all she's been watching on YouTube! We dont have a space book yet,and so glad to come across this, and for such a great price too! I'm sure this will be her new FAVORITE book we'll read every night before bed! I love that the pages are the THICK paper so it wont be easily ripped,if you have young kids who loves to turn the pages a little to fast lol. It came super fast and has so much information that any kid who loves space, will love to read/learn! I hope my picture uploaded right. I wanted to include a few pictures that I think any buyer would like to know about the book, without posting every page lol. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!

Beautiful illustrations.
This large rectangular book is filled with colorful illustrations. It is perfect for a read a loud for pre-schoolers or lower elementary. My 3 year old who has a great interest in space loved it. Older elementary school students should fiind the facts interesting and illustrations interesting. There is a time line and glossary at the back. My one criticism would be that they color highlightvarious words but there is not a definition of the word or if it is a common word like traveling, why would that be highlighted? I still gave it a 5 star review as it is well bound and for $7.44 it was a deal.

FABULOUS BOOK!
My grandson decided he wanted a spaceship birthday party for his 5th birthday, so I bought this book to read to him before that. He could not get enough of it and took it to bed with him at night to read until he fell asleep. The pictures are colorful and the planet depictions are large and inspiring for young minds. I'm so glad I bought this book! It's very well done.

Mostly great, one obviously wrong fact
Nice photos, mostly good facts. Not sure how one got through that said “Halley’s comet… the only comet you’re likely to see in your lifetime!” A quick google search by the author/editor would have clarified that’s not true and there have been several in the past few years (remember Neowise, Hale-Bopp? And those are just ones significant media attention).

Love this book
Love this book. It can be easy for a 4 year old as I don't read everything and let him point out what he knows, It's also great for the 6 year old who can handle more details. Me? I'm a grandma having a ball learning all this again. You'll have to check on Pluto! Things have changed. Great book for beginners or those that already know a lot. :-)

Book was in very good shape.
We use books like this for a prison program in which inmates who qualify by meeting good-behavior standards select a book for their children and then are recorded reading the book. The book and the recording are sent to the inmate’s family at no cost to inmate or family. The father who selected this particular book was ecstatic about the quality and content of the book.

Great book!
Such a great book! My 6-year-old grandson has already worn out his several-month-old copy. For kids who are interested in the solar system, it provides easy and engaging explanations as well as excellent pictures.

Beautiful illustrations and very informative
Beautiful illustrations and very informative! My 5 year old loves this book and so does the 2 year old! it's colorful and set in funky fonts. Large text makes it easy to read. Contains information about the planets, the moon and extra information on things like astronauts, space tourism, exploring Mars, etc. Every child who loves Space will surely enjoy this book, just like the cover says!

Fantastic book for young children
I bought this book for my 4 year old son who has recently taken an interest in space. He loves it, and the layout is really good. Some information is a little too much for him to understand, but at least the book will be able to grow with him, so he'll still be learning from it next year. I was really pleased with this purchase and I have recommended it to a friend.

Amazing value
This is a beautiful big book! My 4yr old loves it, it’s really big and has wonderful real pictures (I hate illustrations for real life topics). Each page has just enough information to keep a young child’s attention and to spark their interest in Space and our Solar system.
