I just received my black and lime Galaxy S10 case today. I was looking for something comparable in protection to the Otterbox Commuter but with more color options and maybe not so pricey. Well, I finally found it. This case is more like the Defender series though because it has the rubber on the outside and the 2 plastic pieces you put together around your phone on the inside. However, I almost didn't realize it was rubber on the outside because it was so firm and sleek. It doesn't get stuck going in and out of my pocket as the Defender would. I have never had a case that fit so snug around every single corner and groove of my phone but this one does!! It took me a few minutes to get it on because I had to press everything into place and I was worried, like with the Defender about stretching the rubber. But this rubber is different. Much more durable. It fit over all the buttons precisely and I don't have any issues pressing them. It's just like I had no case on at all and it's really not bulky because it fits so snug. Even with the curved screen, it goes down to fit around it. Great job! Keep making different colors! I'm a fan of pink and green by the way! I am so far satisfied with the case. If anything changes as I continue to use the case I will update.

As a previous otterbox owner I looked at getting a new case for my brand new s10. I couldn't stomach paying 60 bucks for a case so I gambled on this one. I am glad I did. This case is every bit as nice as an otterbox. It is almost identical to the defender model. I love the protection it provides and at less than a third the cost. Just ordered another one for my son's s10 too.

This case seems to have as much of a bezel as possible with this screen-to-edge device, which is what I want. The rims on the side are not higher than the surface of the phone, but the top and bottom do, and with a thicker rubber border than most cases, I feel pretty secure. I also like the grippy rubber and the bright blue color (makes my phone easier to find when I leave it around the house). I do not use the hard plastic holster.I suggest making a small change to the case. The flaps that cover the headphone and USB ports are very difficult to open because there are extrusions on the sides that lock in place. I cut those away with an x-acto, which makes them far easier to open, and they still stay in place perfectly well.

I like phone cases that have a lip that extends above the screen. They provide more protection to the screen should the phone get dropped. This case has that though the sides don't extend as far as the top and bottom. I did drop my phone and there wasn't any damage so I'm grateful. I'm not used to having the charging port or headphone plug covered though I am getting used to it. The cover fits snuggly and is easy to grip. I don't use a screen protector so I can't speak to any issues using one as others have mentioned, I like having the clip cover/stand option. I bought the purple and teal case and love it!

Have only been using it for a few days but, so far, so good. As mentioned by other reviewers, putting the case on is not well explained and is not immediately intuitive. To put the case on first remove the rubberized exterior. Then separate the plastic cover at its separations so that you have two plastic pieces. Put your phone in the appropriate portion of the plastic half, secure the other plastic part together and reinsert into the rubberized portion. This seems to be as good as an Otterbox and is certainly far better than than the holstered shell that I procured from Verizon.

Excellent case for the Galaxy S10. The polycarbonate hard shell (plastic) inner case is actually 2 pieces that ship attached to each other but must be separated to attach to the phone. Once those are in place the outside rubberized shell can be slipped on. I had no problem with 2 different Qi chargers while using the case. One was an older disk style Qi charger and the other was this stand model from Anker https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07DBXZZN3/ You can even charge the phone with wirelessly with the holster and belt clip attached if the phone screen is facing inward toward the holster. If you are using the holster to prop the phone up to view a video with the screen facing outward, you will not be able to wirelessly charge. The case is not slippery, seems pretty rugged, and well worth the money.

Was going to go with Otter Box after upgrading to the S10 but Otter Box has been getting pricy & color options are severly limited to three dull choices compared to what they used to have a few years back. Otter Box just ain't what they used to be but this is a good cost effctive alternative. Toughbox has a few more color chioces & for less than half of the cost of an Ottter Box case. Big thumbs up to Toughbox for that.I like the orange because its an easy to see color so I can find my phone in dark areas. The only problem I have had is the top plastic half that goes around the screen feels a bit loose to the touch on one side but it seems to hold together & the covers that go over the charger port & headphone jack could be easier to open. For the price its hard to complain. Thanks Toughbox.

The phone case works great, took a few tries to install but once on, it stayed on and looks great. No issues with head phones, charging, or covering up the receiver - no voice impact on the other side of connection. The clip holster snapped within 2 weeks but I am on the go alot and work in demanding environment (construction) so it's possible that it was abused too much. I have dropped the phone a few times and no breaks in the screen, the case is rugged. The case is easy to clean. The only issue I see is that the protective flap closure for the headphones and for charging port are starting to tear after 6 months +/-
