This really works and very easy toSet up. Was trying to find a way to improve and increase my stretches.I was sceptical at first but im very impressed as i quickly put this up in seconds and start my stretches and can really push myself and increase my leg stretches with this device.

Great for stretching
My sister loves yoga and stretching so I brought this for her and she says it is great.I knocked off one star as the packaging it came in was very bland so it wasn't great to give as a present like that and there wasn't any instructions so my sister had to YouTube how to use this but apart from that it does its job for her. She did note that this wasn't to be used if you haven't warmed up or pre stretched beforehand because it is strong and will hurt if you haven't warmed up first.
