i work 7 nights a week and I truly rely on products like these to help get me thru and while they’re no magical pill (what is?) they do help, and I haven’t noticed any unwanted side effects like jitteriness or anything else. I might buy again if I can get them at a good price or I might try another brand to see how they compare... I will come back to update

I can honestly say this does give you a boost of energy. The company is legit and this is a fair product. Will you be crazy energized? No. Does it work? Yes. May buy again. I would recommend to anyone who wants a little boost of energy or trying to substitute coffee. It's a product for the price.
