I have to say, I am really impressed with this company. The suit is really nice and well priced. The customer service though, is impeccable. It really is a cut above the mark. When I got the suit, the trousers fit perfectly, but the jacket was way too small for me. But don't misunderstand. The suit jacket was the correct size for my waist, but I am unusually broad in the shoulder. I'm not fat or overweight. Just very, very broad in the shoulders. It's a family trait and has always resulted in my having to buy bigger shirts in order to be comfortable. And I did expect this to happen. There is no such thing as one size fits all. Which is why I was really worried about ordering a suit online for the first time. But I really have to give these guys/gals a lot of credit, because they made this process so much easier than I expected. As I mentioned, the trousers fit perfectly, the jacket waist fit perfectly, but the jacket shoulders were just way, way too tight for my build. So I contacted them and explained the situation and requested that I keep the trousers and send them back the jacket and vest and exchange them for a bigger one. They got back in touch with me that same day and agreed. All in all it took 2 jacket swaps before I found one that fit me correctly. In the end it took a 40 waist trousers and a 50 chest jacket to fit my shoulders. And the whole way through this process, these guys/gals always kept me fully informed, sent suits properly packaged next day delivery with their own carry case for the suit in every instance. And always with the utmost courtesy. They really went out of their way to make sure I was happy with my order. It was a pleasure doing business with them and will gladly order from them again in the future.One very happy customer.
