Q: will this replace the bc274-A, #7063-6683????

I have the BC274 No. 7063-5807 which has a variable speed switch. If yours does as well, this would not work unless you replace the variable speed switch with a 3 position switch. To my eye this looks slightly taller than my current motor as well, though that may just be the angle of the picture, and I since I haven't ordered a replacement for mine yet (though I desperately need to soon) I also can't vouch for the angle/length of the mounting arms. Hope this helps somewhat!

Q: Does this motor have an internal thermostat that will shut it off if too hot?

No it does not, but it shouldn't get too hot if the stove is not overfired.

Q: Is this fan/ blower loud?

Not terrible , but you differently need it to get any heat from this stove !

Q: Does stove have yo be hot for blower to run?

No. You can trun the fan on manually. The fan will automatically go on when the stove reaches a pre-determined temp. you can set the desired fan speed.
