Bought this Pate for my dog because he has to take pills every morning. I just wrap them up in a little ball of this pate and he gulps it down like it's a real treat. Makes giving meds so easy, no more sticking my finger halfway down the poor little guys throat. Recommend it for this use with any dog of any size if you have to give pills. Great product, just moist enough to wrap meds easily and roll into a ball. Tried getting the large cans dog food, it's cheaper, but don't use it up fast enough and it goes bad. If your dog eats dry kibble and you just need a little pate for meds, this quantity and quality is perfect, no waste. I buy it by the case and it keeps in the pantry until opened, then refrigerate.

This has mold in there and so far one can the seal was ripped and made it even more moldy. My puppy did not like it anyway. I'm glad in a way because I was afraid she might get sick. The expiration date is not until next year, but I have no ideas how it became mold. We already has open 4 of them, so I don't think I can return it. Wasted my money. I definitely will never buy it again.

I can't speak of the health benefits for my dog, but I can definitely smell the greens in there. My only comparison is with Pedigree wet dog food, and from the smell and texture, I can tell the pate is healthier for my dog. My 25lb dachshund/labrador mix loves this food--I mix it in with his dry food (which he won't touch on its own) and he devours it. Pretty impressive considering my dog is a picky eater. I got a very good price on these so I stocked up. The package did come with 24 trays, so I'm not sure what one of the reviewers was talking about.The price seems to fluctuate, so I would stock up when the price goes down to something you can afford.

My Maltese puppy does not like this expensive food. Will definitely try a different brand.

This is premium quality dog food. I like that it has nutrients which were lacking in my Jack Russell's diet. My dog is a straight meat lover. I cannot get him to eat any vegetables or fruit. I am attempting to wean my dog off Cesar's which is not very high quality. My dog does eat the Ultra but the only thing I find is the pate is rather soft and my dog prefers a firmer texture which is probably w hy he likes Cesar's more.

My puppy like other nutro wet foods but didnt like thos one at all .

We bought this for a puppy who was starting to eat solid food but was taken from it's mother at 6 weeks (too young). This was a good food for digestive health and was easy for the puppy to tolerate. We started off mixing it with water (puppy wasn't drinking enough and was getting dehydrated) then used it as is, then started putting in a little Nutro kibble for puppies. This puppy food was a life saver for a now thriving puppy who got off to a rough start.

My puppy loves this food. Honestly, she loves any food but I feel good giving her something with quality ingredients. Her coat is very shiny and she is full of energy.
