Natural health booster!
I have been taking this supplement Ashwagandha from a few days now. It's helping me to sleep better and wake up more motivated every day. Not something to notice easily, but it's supposed to regulate the levels of sugar in blood and help control cholesterol. Anyway, I like the fact the product is organic and is gonna last for long

Arrived without a seal
Unfortunately the product arrived & the lid seal was completely removed. Had to return & unfortunately put me off buying this sort of thing from Amazon.
