The Magni-Box, Pack of Nine Size 25 Mm Acrylic Magnifying Magnifier Boxes.

My children love their bug collection made with these magnifying boxes. Nice, clear magnified image of whatever is inside.As another reviewer noted, the lids can slip off, so we keep the lids on tight with clear sticky tape around the edge, which doesn't interfere with our viewing. That could be a weakness for some applications, but it doesn't bother us.

watch out - the ones i ordered elsewhere look identical -and were at a much better price - BUT only about 1/2 of them can keep their lids on. Frequently the lid will go all the way down, but NOT click into a closed position - so the minute it little box is turned on its side, the lid falls off.This makes them very impractical for actually storing/sharing/moving specimens, jewels, gifts etc.it also makes returning them something of a crapshoot.

I have ordered other magni boxes that were all too big. These were the perfect size and quality for our geology box for 4H.

Good quality 1" type magnifying bug box. Better/higher magnification than most others. Most are 2X, these are 4X. A little on the pricey side compared to other brands but the trade-off is the better magnification.Only nitpick is the long shipping time.
