Worn the last 2 days and very pleased! Offers great support for my overworked and tired knees. I have tried several other types with mediocre results but prefer this one as you can choose the compression as tight or loose as you want with the adjustable straps. Stabilizers are an added bonus!

This seems like a very well made knee support, but I cannot tell because it is so badly sized. Web ad says it is good for up to 20".Yet the part that touches the skin is only 15" plus couple inches of sharp Velcro hooks that are very uncomfortable on the skin and would not reach around to connect with the other side

Takes stress off the knee joint as it should. A big upgrade to the ones sold in the pharmacy. I measured 4 inches above my knee like suggested and the fit is great.

After an old knee injury, I was in search for a great knee brace. I’m always on my feet, and after some search, I came across this knee brace. This is a great knee brace that offers a much needed support my my daily life. I’ve tried other knee braces, but this is the one that fits perfectly.

I got this adjustable knee brace since I have been having issues with my right knee. The first day I wore it I felt so much support from the hinges on each side and it definitely helps keep my patella in place. Glad I purchased and will continue to use for relief.

This brace was listed as “standard” sized, but I should have scrolled further to read the other reviews. I am 5’8” and a medium build, neither runner nor body builder, so I don’t have unusually thick legs. The problem is the design, which has sized the above the knee portion of the brace, the same dimensions as the below knee portion. If you are a 12 year old boy or a thin woman, this might fit you. The shame is that it is otherwise good quality and designed well for stability, if only you could close the upper part of the brace. Vendor should include a sizing chart

I bought this on recommendation from my PT. I have med sized legs and it does not fit - it measures 17" across not accounting for the need to wrap it to close it. So it will not fit an average sized person. Added to that the plastic irritating side of the velcro is sewn facing the side and not facing outward so you can't even use it with additional velcro because it is too uncomfortable. I would not recommend this for anyone who has a leg circumference of more than 12". Back to the search.

For the money, it does just fine. The description says it fits most - I’ve got medium legs according to other manufacturers, but this BARELY fit above my knee, and then only very tightly. It lost two stars on comfort on that one. There is no difference in circumference between top and bottom. It would fit better if the top (thigh part) were larger.The short length cost it a star on stability, but it does really well to stabilize a knee joint for the size it is. Hinged metal stays.My femur ended up being fractured, so now I have a $1400 brace, but this sure was helpful until I got the custom fitted brace.
