RTU548 Tordon RTU Herbicide QT Size 32_Ounce

I was so frustrated that the scrub oaks grow back after being cut down! What i did was cut the scrub oaks down and then I used a paint brush to apply this to the little stumps. Works perfect! They have not grown back and it's been 6 months 🙂

Very nice herbicide to handle some of the most stubborn plant/weeds. This was recommended by an experienced landscaper for killing some of the worst problems in your yard. He says, use once and your done. Be careful to get on other plants as they will die as well. Best if you cut the top off the weed and use a syringe to add a tiny drop on top. All that you need. Great product.

Tree expert advised to purchase this product to kill an invasive trumpet vine. Must use with care as it will kill anything you get it on. We cut the vine at its base making a cross section and used a disposable foam brush to 'paint' it on the cut surface during growing season so it would absorb into the vine and kill it roots and all. seek advice from expert if you are trying to rid say one item in an area of many as the chemical can cross thru roots and kill same species. not a problem if different species. Only wish this came in a much smaller size as no way will I be using 32oz. great product for problem I had.

The media could not be loaded. I had a huge tree in my backyard that was just spreading like wildfire. It was babies everywhere. Part of fell during the hurricane so we decided to cut all of it down and my brother suggested to get this chemical to get rid of all of its roots and seedlings. This thing really works. You must put it on freshly cut branches. As you can see in the picture, the circle is where I cut it and poured the chemical and the arrows show where it reached up to get the job done. I think the stump is done for but the remaining little ones in the grass may need another application.

Safety caution - User should wear nitrile gloves, just in case you get a drop on yourself. Do on a non-windy day too and when it isn't going to rain. You do need to be very careful applying so that you only get if on what fresh woody plant cut you wish to kill over that entire surface.What you apply it too, if freshly cut to absorb into roots will die. Take your time and don't spill on your self or make contact with another plant or lawn. If animals in your yard, kennel or put in house until absorbed by stem, or woody plant growth. Highly toxic per warnings. This isn't your normal watered down garden store product. Will last me many years in a suburban environment! Best applied last morning I think after dew is gone and on a sunny day for the plant stem to absorb into root.Worked great on killing elm sprout ups and annoying fruit tree spouts in lawn. Takes time to cut each and every sprout and apply but worth the effort. Trimming and spraying never worked for over 10 years, this works quickly. Will kill what sprouts up after you cut down a tree! Just get new sprouts when they come up and down mow them so you get enough growth to get a substantial enough growth to get a drop on it.Just be smart about it and recap bottle and remove and clean dispenser pull cap after each use. Simple, takes time, and a degree of care and respect for chemical and environment and it should be safe and very effective!Do not have around any minors or where pets can get at due to toxicity!!
