I absolutely love these. The bag I use for carrying bits when I travel for work, or away for the weekends. Easy to wash and fold up when not in use. The make up remover pads are so good that even waterproof mascara comes off with just some warm water and the pads. On a stubborn make up day, warm soapy water does the trick. I haven't had to use facial cleanser since buying these! The cotton buds I was really happy with! I've heard people say they're not that good, and the cotton sometimes comes off the bud. So far I've had no issues with them, and I've been working on convincing family and friends to move away from plastic and single use items for these! I haven't bought cotton wool pads or buds since!

I really like this product, the pads are so soft and my one fear, that mascara wouldn't wash out of them, has proved groundless. They are super easy to clean, I can get rid of mascara simply by rinsing the pad under the tap. I will definitely be buying these as presents - but only if Amazon don't send them in a PLASTIC envelope. Seriously, Amazon, do you *really* think Prime customers buying something made from eco-friendly bamboo want their packages delivered in plastic? Did no one think this through? This has made me think about cancelling my Prime membership, as I only want deliveries in cardboard and apparently Prime thinks we want plastic.

The material is towelling so not the softest. I wash them in the washing machine inside the net bag they came with. I haven't used or wanted to use cotton pads since having them so they are doing their job well. Once washed, I do reshape them while wet as they tend to need flattening out.I use them in the shower with face wash or soap and for applying toner to my face outside the shower. I soak the round in toner and don't need to dampen it with water.

Have been using these for a while now. Lovely soft pads and they do a good job on removing makeup. Only thing is it’s not so good on mascara but with a little eye makeup remover it works really well. Presentation was lovely and they wash really well. A massive drop in makeup wipes in this household, I’d say by about 80%.

I want to be eco-concious, so I am going to keep using things like this, but after a few months of using they are deffo already staining a bit and aren't at all as soft as they were (and yes I do use fabric softener). Still, they are effective and they do make me feel smug, so I guess that's a winner ;)

Excellent value bundle with a great washing bag, and I got two packs of bamboo cotton buds free.Soft enough and absorbent but have some texture to really clean your face. Only small gripe is that in washing they curl and haven’t held their shape well but doesn’t affect using them.

Since buying these I don’t use anything else- they are perfect for toners or micellar water! I normally wipe my makeup off using soap and one of the large pads then use a small one to remove any left over with a cleanser, I feel like They take makeup off well! Once I’m finished I put them in the washing machine with the rest of my laundry and they come out stain free! Amazing product

I use them for removing make up and applying toner, and they really do the job well. If you don't want them to stain from the make up, you do have to rinse them by hand with some soap before you put them in the washing machine on 30 degrees.
