One of the most inexpensive options but with *mostly* quality parts
Let's start off with the good: Assembling the misters to the tubing is incredibly easy. The most difficult part was planning out how far to space the misters apart to fit the dimensions of my patio. But that is also what makes this product great -- the ability to custom fit it to your needs rather than trying to force a pre-assembled system to fit.The whole thing really is plug-in simple. Cut the tube (I used standard scissors) to the lengths you need between misters, then just push the tube into the misters until they stop. The misters are then locked on, but to remove them if you need to you simply push in on the blue plastic rings on the misters, then pull the tube back out. Seriously could not be easier. And I am happy to report that during use there has been zero leakage around the misters or from the tubing. Now for the bad.First up: Connecting the tubing to the Quick Connector (item #3 in my pic). The tube fits incredibly tightly onto the tapered end (which is good because you don't want it to slip off!) of the Quick Connector, so much so that I snapped the tapered end clean off rendering the Quick Connector completely useless. Thankfully I needed to buy two of these systems to fit the dimensions of my patio so I had a spare Quick Connector I could use. For my second attempt at connecting the tubing I first left the tubing out in the sun to get it nice and hot, thus making it more flexible for slipping over the tapered end of the Quick Connector. But I also put a little bit of silicone spray on the tapered end of the Quick Connector and was able to slip the tubing on -- it still wasn't easy but at least I didn't break the tapered edge off the second time.Second: Attempting to use the Threaded Faucet Connector (item #1 in my pic), which would have been the simplest and most direct way of connecting the misters to my garden faucet -- the Threaded Faucet Connector leaks like no other. It fits incredibly loosely onto the threads of my garden faucet and, no matter how much of the supplied plumbers tape I wrapped around the faucet, the connector leaked like crazy. I'm not talking dripping, I'm talking squirting. And because the connector is cheap plastic, trying to snug it up tight onto my faucet only caused it to jump threads and leak even worse. The fix? I bought a "5/8 In. & 3/4 In. Metal Female Hose Mender" (Yardsmith brand from Lowe's, item# 93423) -- see item #4 in my picture. I slipped the tapered end of the Hose Mender into the Universal Faucet Connector (#2 in the pic) and cinched it down using the metal tightening ring on the Universal Faucet Connector. Then I plugged the Universal Faucet Connector into the Quick Connector (item #3 in the pic). I now have a leak-free connection to my faucet. If it weren't for these two negatives I would have rated this product five stars all around. But even with these two hassles, now that the system is working, and working so well, it merits a solid four stars overall.UPDATE SEPTEMBER 1, 2019: I spaced the misters 28" apart on the sides of my patio and 22" apart along the front -- turns out for my space (patio is 14' long by 18' wide) the misters are too close together and I end up with a fog. Far too humid to cool the space down. Not this product's fault as the misters are doing exactly what they are supposed to do! So I am going to pick up some more of the tubing and try skipping every other mister (spaced out 56" along the side of the patio and 44" along the front) to see if decreasing the number of misters by half (using 10 misters instead of my currently installed 20) will improve my situation. Will update this review with my findings. Again, this is not a defect or fault with this product but rather poor planning on my part.

Great system.
I love this system. It is simple to install and works great! The only thing I don’t like is the universal adapter to a hose as it leaked and just overall was difficult. However, if you simply go to Lowes or Home Depot and go to the irrigation area - there’s a hose adapter that works perfect to fit the tube in on the other end. Overall I love this setup. I do think this is something you could build on your own but for the time, just buy it. I bought a second unit and connected them and works great.

Almost 5 stars
It's a great kitPros:1. It's a kit so you can customize it to exactly fit your needs2. Spray nozzles are ADJUSTABLE. Some need adjusting so you get just the size mist you want. I have one set as a light spray for those who want to cool down right away. Of course, that's the dogs' favorite spot now3. The quick-connect hose connection is great since I have to share the hose with the garden sprayer.4. Black tubing is best so you don't have to see what is growing inside there5. Did I say it's a kit? It saved me many hours of research to assemble all the right parts that all fit together properly.Cons:1. Did I say it's a kit? The parts are worth only about $15 and probably cost less than $6 to manufacturer. Charging $25 is a bit steep.2. The tube hangers provided are useless for my installation. They are nothing more than name-tag clips. Luckily I had some plastic insulated staples laying around3. The end cap to clamp off the end of the tubing is worthless. It's better to kink the last couple inches of tubing and clamp it together with one of the zip ties provided for hangingGreat product. They have my recommendation

Love it but has a bit of a learning curve.
So, for starters, I live in the LA area, so we tend to have some very hot days. I installed this about a week ago I love it (sort of).First, if you are handy, this is fairly easy to install. If not, you might have some difficulty.Second, I made the mistake of installing in an area that is pretty shady. If I were to move it, I would put it in a sunnier place.Third, I only ended up using 4 nozzles in an area about 15 feet long and it's actually a bit much. Again, if I were to redo it, I would put the nozzles at least 5 feet apart. But, today it is very hot and I'm enjoying being outside so I would actually recommend this with caveats.

Not the best, but not bad
Misters are tough because of the variables: height, temperature, humidity, wind. I was hoping for a little more of a finer mist from these emitters. At about 10 feet, with 20% humidity at 92 degrees and a slight breeze with standard garden hose connection, the patio does get wet. Putting together is super easy but I would rather have more emitters with a very fine mist than ones that leave things wet. The end of the emitters screw off so I will try to find ones with smaller orifice and see what happens. Also, emitters are not all brass as indicated as the orifice appears to be plastic but the quick connects do not leak and for the price, this is not a bad system.

Wonderful mist - second purchase
This is my second purchases of the Misting Cooling System. The first is attached to a 10 foot square awning next to the backyard pool. My 13 year old granddaughter and her 5 year old friend helped assemble the system. It is very easy to install and provides wonderful cooling mist on hot summer days. I bought a second system for the umbrella on the patio. I really like how the plastic clips allow the misters to be hung. The only downside of this system is the hose adapter pops apart if the hose pressure is too high. Tightening the thumb screw helps.

Strawberry Mist bliss
I know this is supposed to be for misting people but, we have raised bed strawberries that last year yielded a crop smaller berries. This year I bought and installed Pathonor Misting system. I was easy enough for me to install. Not dummies perfect but I did it all by myself!! It is working :) I will update with strawberry photos at later date.
