This is a very well-made, high quality compression knee sleeve.The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because the x-large size is notbig enough for my knee and strangles my leg to the point of almostcutting off my circulation. I went by the size chart and measured accordingthe their directions. My measurement fell at the upper end of size extra large.I had my doubts about it being big enough but I took a chance and orderedit anyway. I know there are people with knees/legs much, much larger thanmine, so why not 2 or 3 sizes larger than extra large? My skin is very sensitiveand the problem was with the elastic bands at the top and bottom of the sleeve.They were so tight and left deep marks on my leg. It would take a long time tostretch them out with constant daily wear and before that would happen my legwould be irreparably damaged - no thanks. I'll keep searching for a light to mediumcompression knee sleeve with a gentle sock-like top and bottom band that hugs myleg and doesn't have bands that act as a tourniquet. This is definitely not the one for me.

Bought this for my husband, who tripped over the dog and injured his knee. So far (one week in), he is favoring the knee less, and some of the stress on the supporting muscles has started to diminish. At our age (65+) healing takes more time than it does with younger, less sedentary folk, but this support is helping more than others we've tried. My husband says it's comfortable and unintrusive. Four stars instead of five because of the short time he's used it. Would buy again.

Fits well and does not irritate my skin or roll down. I was unsure how to wear it so I contacted the company. Same day reply and they were eager to help me if I had issues like a return or exchange. The fit is great, supporting my damaged right knee while I wait for a much needed replacement. I will order another one for my left knee. Great product, great service.

Excellent knee support. Not too tight...just right. I could tell a difference in the way I walked within the first couple hours of wearing. It helps any knee pain from arthritis or my knock knee, I already ordered a second knee sleeve. Great price too.

It feels good when I put it on. It tends to roll down however, or slide down off my knee.

Good product; need to do a measurement before buying. I bought one for my mom, it is little bit loose. It is perfect fit on me.
