Invisible Deck Magic Trick, Red or Blue

This is one of the better trick decks out there with minimal learning curve.... If you can count to 13 and can memorize just a couple basic things, you will have no problem mastering this trick. I learned it frontwards and back in about 10 minutes. The deck looks just like a real deck of cards too.... It even has jokers. Great product for the money...... the only thing I do not know is how long the cards last. There is some form of static film on the back of the cards, which is what causes them to stick together... I am not sure how long that film lasts.... But so far it is great and I have used it a lot.....

This was a very good deck of cards. When I got it, the roughing spray on it was terrible. I was very devastated....... But it made up. When I got the deck I received an email saying something like this, "I hope you are satisfied with your purchase. We are a very small company and if you received a bad deck we will replace.." something like that. The deck was terrible. My mom emailed back and said the deck was bad, and we wanted a new one. We got a reply and sure enough in like 2 seconds another deck was shipped arriving later.(feels life a few seconds.) It was great. Works like a boss. I am giving 5 stars because a small company like Rock Ridge Magic takes the time to replace a deck on their own accord. That is very humble. They could have replied and said, oh sorry, not our fault the deck sucks. I am very surprised a small company like you guys would replace the deck. It rocks. Everybody should get magic supplies from Rock Ridge Magic. No joke. Very Humble Company. You guys rock. I am a little boy taking my time to write this review because of your humbleness. I got this for my NINE YEAR OLD grandson. We read the directions and were not getting it. THEN we looked at a couple of YouTubes. Once we got it figured out, the concept was easy to grasp. At first, my grandson worked at it a bit to get the hand work down, and now that 9 year old, overnight, can fool the whole family. This is a great "magic" deck. I suggested that when he pulls the deck out to do the trick one time . . . no more than twice . . . to keep the mystery. I did not get anything for writing this review. I would buy it again in a heartbeat.

With magic tricks you need practice but you also need the equipment.Practice is on you. There's is preparation you need to do before you start using the deck in front of audience (family, friends or others). You need to memorize the numbers and opposites and practice how you hold the deck and open it.This is where the equipment part kicks in. I found the card separation a bit loose so I learned to tighten my grip so that the cards will "stick", otherwise the whole trick is ruined and the cards come apart. You will understand what I mean once you start playing with it.Overall, great value for money, the trick does work and people are amazed. It will be a bit hard for young ones to do the trick, but like with anything, they can practice and master it in time. Hope this was Helpful.

This is the first invisible deck I've ever bought so, I don't have anything to compare to. But these seem to work as advertised. I think any problems I've experienced can be blamed on my own inexperience and clumsiness. I got better in one day once I started to learn the pressures required to either make them stick or release. It's a muscle memory and fine motor skill thing like riding a bike. And like anything, getting good at it requires putting in the time. But the learning curve was pretty quick for me. It's a fun trick to start conversations and easy for casual magicians to pick up quickly. And 99.9% of people are not familiar with an invisible deck.One caveat. It seems like it's much easier to handle the cards if there's a little moisture on your hands. I had the most problems with getting the touch right for the friction when my hands were extremely dry. With hands just a little moist from perspiration, the "feel" was much better.

When I received this deck, I thought it was previously returned because the seal on the Bicycle card deck was broken. I opened the deck and all cards appeared to be there and reordered back-to-back. What I soon realized is that I didn't purchase a manufactured set of trick cards, what I bought was a deck of Bicycle cards that someone had taken out of the box and spray coated a coarse covering on the backs of the cards. The end result was a deck that has possibly too much grip on the backs of the cards and I'm having some difficulty trying to make the cards seperate while performing tricks. I can't seem to get them to seperate unless I pick them up.I can't give it 1 star, because I'm not exactly sure how much is the decks fault and how much is related to my skill. So far, it has not been my favorite deck to work with, but I'm going to keep trying...

This is an incredibly well made deck.Reading up on how to do this presentation, you can make your own deck. After buying the deck and the modification medium and spending the time to rig the deck, you will wish you had just spent the $7 - $10 to buy a pre-done deck. The cards are all consistent and even and handle INCREDIBLY easily. A lot of people complain about other decks with this modification "peeking" and having issues. This deck handles itself. Super glad I bought instead of making my own.
