I was so looking forward in getting this hat, it reminds me of the one princess Diana wore. I had to have it.when it arrived it was in a small box, that crushed the side of the hat. The crown was crushed with the head so tight that you can't push out the crown. It is not worth the price. I was disappointed.

The packaging was too small..a hat should not be pushed into into a box or a bag that it barely fits.I was able to straiten it out,but I will not do it again.Nice hat ,though.

It came flattened and misshapen. It’s possible maybe that I could have steamed it, but it wasn’t worth the effort.

They need to take lessons on how to ship a hat property! Good God this is a cute hat but dang I had to bend the holy crap alout of it just to get it to look like that.

I purchased this hat twice. The first one was crushed when it was delivered. The box it came in was fine, but the hat was crushed. So I ordered a second one, same problem. I ended up steaming the hat to try to shape it myself, and it looked ok enough for the event I needed it for. But still, I shouldn't have to reshape the hat to get it to work.

Arrived with bows flattened, but am working on rounding them up again. Considering low price, not too disappointed.

This hat is extremely well-made. The headband sits comfortably, and is stitched to the inside so the hat won’t flop around all day. My only complaint is that it arrived a bit bent, but I should be able to smooth out the creases. Very please do

The hat was boxed in such a way that the hat was unwearable. Don’t waste your money
