Perform outdoors without the need of artificial light.
I definitely would not order again. I purchased these for my wife’s garden, put them outside in the sun all day and and at nightfall they emitted zero light, very disappointing! It appears that you need to put a household light above them, then they will emit light. Will admit they are pretty cool in a turtle or fish tank, so as I would not recommend these for outside but I would recommend these for your fish tank or turtle tank. Following the above statement is why I gave one star.
