Just as advertised. Made from very solid material, easy to set up and feels very sturdy. Have not used it camping yet, but look forward to it.

A very cool little portable camping stove!
I got this other day for emergency prep/camping use, and I have to say this is a very cool little setup. After a bit of clumsiness on my part, I was able to put the stove together pretty quickly. Fully assembled, this thing is very sturdy. It might be prudent to make sure the feet of the stove are properly grounded when you use it, but it can definitely hold up some weight. I tried it with my 12" cast iron skillet and, even though the skillet was a bit big for the stove, the whole setup didn't creak, wobble, or bend. I especially like how neatly and thinly it folds up! It's got some weight, but it's steel, of course, it would. The firestarter, by the way is very cool! Throws a nice bright shower of sparks. Hopefully I'll get to use it on a trial run down the road cooking something.

Exactly as described. Check weight - it's super heavy.
Sturdy little stove of its kind. I like it, but it is NOT for hiking/backpacking. Too heavy for that. I got myself a titanium one for backpacking. But this little guy will probably last forever if properly cared for.

Awesome
I've been camping for over forty years. In Scouts I used a campfire and Cast Iron, very big and heavy. In High School and College, Coleman Stove, not as heavy, but had to carry fuel. If my thirties, Iso-Propane hiking stove, awesome, but still had to carry fuel. Now, with this lil' guy, now worries! The one and only issue is the case/bag it came in. When it arrived, the corners of the stove pieces had cut through the top, however, it was easily fixed with Gorilla Tape. I'm an executive chef and take my camp cooking seriously and would highly recommend this stove. Quality, usability, and price.

A little stove.
I've used this stove a few times in ideal conditions. Plenty of small wood around, warm evening, no stress or survival needs...just wanted to use it. its easy to use and seems efficient. but be sure you have a mound of small wood ready and at your side. This unit cant build up that great pile of coals, due to the diameter of the wood being burned, so it constantly needs to be fed. Failing to feed your little stove means a quick fire outage with no coals to reignite the fire, but a hotter than hell metal frame that you cant touch for a while...ask me how I know. Not complaining, just a learning curve. I'd suggest bringing along a synch sack that you can stuff small twigs in while your hiking. Once your at camp you'll be ready to fire it up. Try it at home a few times to learn how much fuel is needed to cook or boil something.

Sturdy, well made, but quite heavy
I use this camp stove with a Stanley cookset. It fits perfectly on top and the stove holds it very sturdily. I didn't realize that this came with a firesteel, but I am so glad that it did because it works so well to shoot the sparks into stove that I don't even need my lighter. I use cottonballs dipped in vaseline as firestarter, and the firesteel works perfectly to light it. I also have no issues using this product in wind. The only that is off-putting for me is the weight of this stove. For the size, it seems like they should be able to get the weight down a little bit. However, this thing is so sturdy as it is, you could probably put a cast iron on this thing and it wouldn't budge.

Compact, but slightly heavy
Compact. Easy assembly. A bit heavier than I’d like. Could have been made out of a lighter metal.
