AVON - Skin So Soft Bath Oil - Original - 16.9 Fl Oz - Skin Hydration - Nourishing Oils for Skin

I love SSS so much. I've been through times when I rationed it religiously because it was not available or they'd changed it so much I was disappointed in it. So here's the status today. It's NOT a victim of shrinkflation, the opposite. It smells the same and is preserved probably more safely. I say probably because I have no idea about the new preservatives but BHT was shown to be bad, and it's been removed. Its ingredients have been modernized so out with the carrot oil, in with the vitamin E oil (tocopherol). My old bottle says "the original Woodland Scent" and the original being sold now smells very very similar.There's an additional scent in there now, but hardly noticeable. My nose is very sensitive. I'm probably smelling the new preservative because it smells "dark" and "flat" like mushrooms to me. And I'm sensitive to fungus so if it was contamination, then my skin would've broken out. And it didn't.Does it still chase away mosquitoes? I don't know. I just got it. But there's a plethora of other things that do that, so I don't much care. And I have the old one still. (Yeah I still have a 30 year old bottle, and it still works!)I'm really pleased I can use it more often now.

SOS - Skin so Soft is a wonderful moisturizer. My wife has used this for years, but it is difficult to find since AVON Ladies seems to have gone away. Finding SOS here at Amazon was a very nice surprise! Now we hope that she will have a dependable source of supply.

Nothing Beats SS&S after a Warm or Hot Bath

I always loved this smell even when I was younger and my mom often had it. I even use to sell for Avon back then. The scent is exactly how I remember. It was also packaged with care so it had no leaks. 👌🏾😌😍 I'll buy more when it runs out, but this size bottle will last a while. I put some in a little spray bottle for convenience.

Skin so soft is great ti soften your skin, and works well to keep the bugs away when you are outside.

I've been using this same skin so soft for years and absolutely love it. Pretty pricey but we'll worth it.
