received damaged
I received this desk damaged. Like, how did it even get this bad? The drawer is dinged up and can’t be reattached. The metal bar that the legs sit on was bent but I didn’t get a picture of it. The trouble of packing the desk up and sending it back isn’t worth my time. It’s an okay desk (like, bare minimum in terms of what I expected) but beware because it’s likely you’ll get a damaged desk. It’s so heavy it’s not worth trying to send back.

Would Recommend Still - One Year Later
04/03/20 - I still love my desk. Use it every day since I work from home. No issues. Works great. No complaints. A great value desk.Love this desk. I looked at a number of companies and I ended up getting this one largely based on the fact they offered the desk in the dimensions I needed. I was home when the desk was delivered and saw the Fed Ex delivery man drop the box from his back onto the concrete, hard. Although the desk was very well packed, the drop did dent the corner. I contacted the company immediately and sent them photos. The fault was 100% Fed Ex's. The company sent me a new desk top and it was delivered in perfect condition. It took maybe 10 minutes to put together (very simple) and it was up and running shortly after. I bought a gaming mouse pad that is near the same size as the desk surface as a cover. I love the range of heights, the ease of use, the USB port, the drawer, etc. I find it very sturdy and smooth in adjustment. Been using for weeks and I am very thankful for the desk.

GREAT Customer Support
I had a little issue initially with a buzzing noise coming from the motor, but the company shipped me a new one (beyond the warranty period!). They also helped me do a reset when the motor didn’t work correctly. Very happy with the customer support for this item. I would recommend this item to someone if they were looking for an adjustable standing desk.

Great desk with an odd feature
I’ve had this desk for two months. Its a Great desk at a great price. I have a 32 inch monitor and a 24 inch monitor on an arm, and this desk rises and comes down smooth and controlled. It is super sturdy. Disclaimer: The control panel remembers heights but you have to hold the preset button till you hit the set height its not as simple as press the button once and the desk does its thing so if thats a deal breaker for you stay away otherwise great this is a great buy!

Sarted out great Desk...
Super easy to put together, comes mostly assembled. Super sturdy and quiet. Drawer was busted off when it arrived and was also missing a screw where the frame connects to the top. Would have given it 5 stars if I was able to reconnect the drawer but a piece of the sliding rail came off and ball bearings were floating around in the box so I'm going to take the drawer off entirely I guess. Too much of a hassle to return it.Update: Shortly after I received the desk, broken drawer and all, the controller seems to have a problem and the desk wont raise or lower. It started out intermittently but now is a full time issue. I've contacted them to see if they will make it right. Will update again once I get a response. As it stands now I would not buy this desk again.... should have bought the manual crank style!Update: No help from the seller other than hold down the buttons to reset the controller, that didn't help. You'd think for the price it would work for longer than 3 months.

It came with a damaged control box - but now it works!
I'll update this review once I hear back from customer service. For now, I can tell the desk is high quality as it's incredibly heavy, looks nice and is very sturdy. Unfortunately, the control box came defective and my desk won't turn on, so I cannot adjust the height. Waiting to hear back from customer service to get a new control box and see how this desk works.Update 9/4: So far the response has been to repeat directions spelled out in the instruction manual without actually sending me a new part. Incredibly poor customer service. Wrote back, hoping to hear back soon otherwise I'll be forced to return this item.Update 9/28: I contacted the actual company, motion wise, and they sent me a new power box. The desk works and I love it. Great product.

Poor Quality control and poor customer service from motionwise.
Poor quality control coupled with very poor unclear customer service center. Very unsatisfied. Will elaborate later when I have more time but just want give other buyers a heads up to not get tricked with all those positive reviews which largely influenced my purchase. Rather skeptical about so many positive reviews now. Not worth the headache... At least my head ache.Update: Customer service eventually helped me get the parts I needed. After giving it a few weeks it looks like its working smoothly. I cannot give this more then 3 stars due to the headaches I had to deal with right off the bat.

Poor quality, did not work.
Very frustrated! It came with the drawer damaged and the bar attaching the desk top to the leg was damaged. Did it want to go through the trouble of returning after the effort of putting it together. But the control box was not working. Did everything according to the instruction. Will have to call customer service on Monday or have to return it. Not worth the headache of taking it apart to put back in the box.
