I purchased an estate sale from a beader; she was a smoker and everything needed new packaging. These were the most cost effective I could find. Very well packaged, quick shipping. The tubes are heavy clear plastic, the rubber stoppers are tight. Company was great to work with, I was missing a few stoppers. Appreciated their efforts, purchased another set of 500. 4 stars because 2nd sent wasn't as clear. Don't know about holding vaping supplies as I have no knowledge of that, but I do know that they easily hold 7-9 grams of seed beads depending on cut. Haven't gotten to bugle beads yet to see how much they hold. I have recommended these tubes to my jewelry making friends.

Count caps
Good item. My only complaint with this product is I was shorted about 50 cats now I have tubes with no caps for them other than that it was a good item to put craft beads in
