Application

The tea has the best perspiration influence against influenza (flu) and bagassosis. Lime tree blossom is rich in antioxidant flavonoids and anti inflammatory compounds.

Meadowsweet blossom – Flos spiraeae

Preparation

Pour boiling water (0.2 l) onto 1 teaspoon of tea, cover and allow it to infuse for at least 15 minutes.

Recommended usage

Drink 3-5 tea cups per day with honey and lemon. When having fever, add raspberry juice.
