It is exactly the same as the four I bought for $5.00 each from a different seller. This one was $13.00 for the exact same item. Way over priced, for paper cut-outs and some string! The ones for $5, are a much better deal and are exactly the same item! A cute party prop but way over priced. Go for the $5.00 one, also on Amazon
