I bought these to protect my shins when occasionally getting grazed from the bar while deadlifting, and they work fine for that. I was previously using typical black tube socks but they weren't long enough. The material feels the same as my dress socks (but longer and a bit thicker). They do compress, almost squeezing the life out of my calves, but I didn't buy them for that. I wear a men's 10.5-11 and the size large was plenty big in the foot.

Very nice socks, just run big, too big for my feet. I wear size 8 shoes. The sock is more suitable for a size 11 shoe size. The quality is very good. I'll have to pass it on to someone else to enjoy.

The material is not breathable. It didn’t really do anything for me either. I’ve had other compression socks, and I’ll just go back to those.

Bought them for a long flight to Asia. They were wonderful, everything they were billed to be. No swelling in my legs or feet and my legs felt great. I intent to buy another pair.

These are much much much too tight around the top of the calf. I ordered my size – a little on the large side actually – and there's extra room at the toes but the band at the very top is painfully and dangerously tight. Unfortunately I had already thrown away the packaging and so I'm stuck with them and cannot return them. Waste of money. Not recommended. Do not buy these!

Comfortable and well made. Definitely worth the cost. Well rejuvenate your lower legs. I like the weight of these socks.
