I really debated whether to return this or not, so I took some time to think. This massager feels SO GOOD when it hits the right places and I don’t fault the massager for the simple fact that it isn’t made for my body type. I’m a fairly slim-built woman with very little body fat, and I think the major issue is the simple fact that I’m so slender.The massaging wheels are set so far apart that all it does is hit my shoulder bones and rib cage. Sitting it up at my neck was *almost* perfect, but it still required me to contort my body too much to hit the right spots. (However, once I got myself in the right position, it’s absolutely heavenly!)Sadly I just can’t justify paying for something that I can’t thoroughly enjoy…Aspiring entrepreneurs: Consider designing a massager just like this one, which can be adjusted by width somehow to adjust to all the different sizes of bodies. Maybe also make the spinning massager things smaller…?I’m still wondering if returning it was the right move, but the return window was closing and I had to make a decision.I give it 5 stars because I believe it’s probably perfect for people with normal bodies. It’s definitely a DEEP massage, which is exactly what I was looking for!

After a day of working outside in my yard all day, I am actually using this as I’m writing this review. I had another back massager that I didn’t care for, but this one is very nice. High quality and really digs into your muscles. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

Really good with pressure, in that the wheels don't stop if you out weight on them. The warming is nice, and the ability to move it anywhere on the body is super helpful. I do wish there was a way to bypass the 15 minute shut off, instead of turning it on every time.

Well was not sure what would happen. Awesome. Glad I got it. Only used it on my lower back so far and got my husband too use it because of our jobs. He was so glad I ordered it.

Bought this on a black Friday sale. Love being able to strap it to the back of a chair. The heat feature is an added bonus. Loved it so much we bought a second!

This item was purchased for neck and back. This item is uncomfortable and to hard. The balls in the item, seems that the quality was not good.

I got this on sale so it was worth the $16 and I've only used it once. I look that you can move it around and sit against it to create the pressure you want.It might be small because it hits my neck in the right places and in petite.

Works very well. Heating component makes it work even better
