BROKEN VIDEO
I wouldn't know if I liked it or not, because the video would not play. I tried 4 different machines, did not work on any of them, so it wasn't my equipment. It was the video. The good news was I returned it and the seller promptly gave me a credit.

A bit too high impact, and some difficulty for seniors, but still okay!
What I really like is the DVD motivates me to keep moving. What I didn't like were that too many of the exercises were high impact (jumps, for example) and too difficult -- a walking plank, and on the floor. That said, I simply keep moving, adapting as needed and doing some of the exercises on my bed.I'm still searching for a really effective program for a senior with arthritis. It seems more are way too easy (I walk, ride, and exercise a lot) or too high-impact/difficult for me to handle. That said, I'm open to suggestions for programs for strength and fat-burning that are just right :>)

Good Morning workout
As some of the reviews point out, this is not a perfect recording. I wonder who didn't catch "Worm Up" instead of warm up? It is dated in some ways and not all together professional. But it is a good, solid HIIT workout. Just the right length to get in first thing is the morning -- each segment is about 18-20 minutes -- and tough enough to sweat a little and really work the targeted areas.And it is a good way to get in some steps first thing in the morning. I liked it so well I ordered the phase 2 DVD.

This workout is short but has you constantly moving. You will notice the changes to your body. Just commit and reap the benefits.

Better for beginners
I would not recommend this for a seasoned exerciser. I think it would work well for a beginner. The model has an amazing body but the workouts are pedestrian and too easy. I am 62 and have worked out since the 80's. It is just ok. If I work out that short of a period I would want my heart rate to get up higher than these have gotten it. It is a great deal for the money and I have the perfect person to gift it to
