Works for awhile after taking it
To me, this seem to work similar to garcinia. For awhile after I take it, it suppresses my appetite. After a length of time though I am back to feeling crazy hungry even if I've eaten enough. I've started using this in conjunction with the garcinia. I have no idea if that's recommended but it seems to be working for me! The pills themselves are standard and easy to swallow. Save your money on anything with Caralluma in it - not worth the money and didnt give me any results
Not much real world data to prove this is any worthwhile to help lose weight and control cravings. I didnt feel any different and my cravings seemed to be about the same. I took 2 capsules 30 min before lunch every day for the whole bottle which lasted a month.

Nice!
I must say I was excited to try this when I was able to receive this item for an honest review. I have been using it for a few days now with decent results It hasn't made me sick or made me stop eating all together. I haven't felt anything which is good. I liked the ingredients and the fact that it didn't have any harmful ingredients in it. I will continue to use It to see how it goes long term
