I use multiple methods to keep my garden harmful bugs free... So it works with the combination of other tools. Overall safe, waterproof a little bit dim compare to I live in Arizona.. It is pretty and hopefully it will catch something eventually or keep them away. I only had it for a day, but I wish to say there is no quality issues.

I have had mine out in the back yard now for several weeks. I see absolutely no evidence in the universe that it has killed a single bug of any kind! It looks like, with it's colorful purple light and all, but it does nothing. It is not anywhere near as bright as the other regular solar lights I have at the front of our house, so I would not think it would be at all useful as a light of any kind either. It is cheaply made and useless. I bought one to test it before buying more. Needless to say, I will NOT be ordering anymore. I'd sooner set my cash on fire.

The portion with the on/off switch was assembled incorrectly - turned 90 out for proper switch location on both lights. They didn't work. Returned them.

I don’t know whether these are effective with bugs or not but they are great quality and super easy to assemble. I appreciate the build quality too.

Easy to arm but came with some missing parts. Then it’s not working. Also ordered six and only received five. Haven’t gotten a response back to where’s my sixth one at.
