I decided to go ahead and get the set inspite of the downside of previous reviews, but it turns out they were true. When the box arrived it was carefully wrapped with bubble wrap all around the original box, so I thought everything would be in order. Nooo, two of the bigger plates were broken at the middle. Fortunately, I did not need all of them at the same time. I found the plates are not firm enough, I was extra careful while handling them to avoid getting another one broken. After we used them we had to use an antigrease product on top of the regular liquid detergent since the grease was not so easy to remove.The forks, knives and spoons were fine. No problem there.I should say my Christmas table looked lovely with the plates, silverware, and cups, I am happy for that. One thing I should mention is that since I live outside the US, I had to pay almost double the original cost in shipping and tax fees. I am not sure whether they were cost effective since I have an incomplete set. I looked and looked in Amazon to find other sets that offered such a complete array of items (silverware, cups and plates) only with sturdier plates. I would have wished to find a similar set that would be sturdier and was fit to use again and again. I would have gladly paid double the price (as I did for this one due to taxes and shipping costs).

My plates came in and they do look great and look exactly like the pictures. In my opinion the color actually looks better in person.However, the box that the actual plates are packaged in was damaged. Which I thought was strange as it was literally double boxed with padding. SO I am only to assume that it was packaged damaged and because of that I had 1 broken plate. Not a big deal for me but if someone would have needed all 25 plates it may be an issue.Overall I would buy again.

The item came fast and undamaged. It is very pretty and will go perfect for my wedding reception. I am so glad I bought these. You must get them if you want to have the look of an elegant party without buying expensive dishes.. and these could be washed and reused.

I bought this set for an upcoming family get together. Unfortunately some of the dinner plates and dessert plates arrived cracked (5 total). However, I contacted the Seller and they made it right, very good and responsive customer service. The set is of good quality and the gold is a very nice, elegant touch. Will order from them again and would love to see more color options!!

Some of the plates arrived broken which is a bummer, but I ordered extras just in case. Otherwise, the sets are nice. Silverware is sturdy, the cups are nice, and the plates will do a good job. I certainly wouldn’t reuse these as other reviewers have suggested. They are a one and done deal for sure. The gold is a great color, and they look great on the table. :)

So I purchased these in preparation for the upcoming holidays. Having a mother that always broke out the China on holidays I felt guilty about using paper plates. These are perfect! There classy enough to make people think you broke out the China. Plates are large and very sturdy. You can fill them up with no worries. Silverware is also very sturdy. The glasses are pretty and perfect for kids to think they are allowed to drink out of "adult cups".

These are thicker than standard plastic but still thinner than expected. I could not use them for the party I ordered them for but, I do use them for home. They are pretty. There are several in each package that were broken. I wouldn't buy again.

The product is beautiful and serves well for my party needs. I received the package and the plates were cracked along with the cups but customer service was very timely and they were more than willing to help. I would definitely purchase again.
