I absolutely love these vitamins! I can tell a difference in my sleep and overall mood when not taking them and I haven’t experienced any side effects. However, I am giving it a 4/5 as the pills are very chalky. The power it is in is disgusting so I generally will wipe it off on my shirt before taking. Super small inconvenience that some may not mind.

I like that 3 kinds of magnesium are included in the dosage. The extra bonus of Zinc and vitamin D3 means less other capsules I need to take. Better sleep, less heart palpitations are a added benefit.

Magnesium for bedtime... Most relaxing, and I have no negative side effects that I'm aware of. I use these everyday!

Ok, perhaps too early to tell

I have tried a few magnesium products which have helped me sleep a little. But since taking these I am finally falling asleep fast, and staying asleep until my alarm goes off. They also do not upset my tummy.
