Excellent starter 3D printer!
As my first 3d printer, this definitely was a great value for a preconstructed printer, and there were only a few minor caveats:1. As stated in the title, there's a relatively small print volume (but if your prints are generally smaller or can be segmented, this is less of an issue)2. Between prints, a gluestick should be applied to the print bed to adhere the print to the bed and then washed off afterwards to prevent the glue from building up on the bed.3. Most notable- and not mentioned in the product description- the printer is only compatible with G-Code files (but if you download Repetier-Host, you can convert a common stl file by: opening the file in Repetier, making sure the print is positioned appropriately, selecting "Slicer" on the right menu, selecting "Slice with CuraEngine", and subsequently saving the file in g-code format)IMPORTANT NOTE: AS NOTED IN THE INSTRUCTIONS, REMEMBER TO TAKE OUT THE TWO WHITE, PLASTIC BRACKETS THAT ARE LOOSELY COVERING THE METAL AXIS BEFORE PRINTING.Overall, the printer is: light and compact, quite simple to use, and enjoyable to learn. I would totally recommend it.

Beginner? Don't bother.
I wanted to put my Christmas gift card to good use so I figured I might as well break in to 3D printing. This one was reasonably priced and I thought I can always upgrade later if I grow out of this. Not knowing too much about 3D printers and wanting something with a decent price, I settled on the IUSE. IUSE, that was the first red flag. The product doesn't ship directly from Amazon so there was waiting involved in shipping. Kind of unusual in my experience, but not too bothersome.I finally got it and unboxed it. I know what I paid for it, but it felt pretty cheap. Like this isn't going to last more than a year cheap. The instructions are typical of imported products, poorly translated English. It comes with a TF card (now called microSD, shows you the stock they're using) with drivers and software on it, but the instructions don't tell you that. I downloaded 2 different programs to get started and none of them could find the printer. Remember how "IUSE" was a red flag? Well I looked for the manufacturer's website to find more information, all I could find were a couple listings on Amazon. No official place for drivers or firmware. I plugged the TF card into my computer and saw that it contained software and a driver. Neither of them worked and couldn't detect the printer. As I get older, I find my time is more valuable. If I can't get something like this up and running without spending the better part of a day setting it up, it's not for me. And it shouldn't be for you. If you're getting into 3D printing, get something from a more recognizable brand, even if it costs a little bit more. Stay away from junk like this. As for me, this has tainted my perception of 3D printing as needlessly complicated. I'll probably pick up the hobby at some point later, but not any time soon.

IGNORE 1 STAR STRING REVIEW - Follow set up instructions + know 3d printer basics.
GREAT MACHINE - TOTALLY LACKING IN DEPTH INSTRUCTIONS FOR BEGINNERS. You should take some time to understand how the adjustment screws work on this machine, as you will have to adjust and make sure the printer head and base plate are in the correct position before printing. You have to follow the set up instruction manual, as this machine is not plug and play. The instructions definitely could be improved, but you get nothing but spaghetti style string when you haven't removed the two clip on plastic pieces attached to the inner metal bars. They keep the print head from moving up and down during shipping. The pictures in the set up instructions were a little hard to follow, because they chose to place the two removable pieces in front of the machine instead of loose in the photo (making at appear like the protective brackets to be removed were on the outside of the machine). I didn't see it at first, skipped the step, and ended up having the string issue like the one star reviewer until I fixed it.My print bed (with magnetic plate at the bottom) had come loose during shipping, I had to firmly press the metal rods back into place while aligning the indented belt that moves the plate back into the correct position. This is not covered in the set up instructions. I had to know some basics about how this machine works to get mine up and running - including knowing that there are tiny little black bumps that work as a switch to tell the machine when the platform is too far to one side, or the print head is too far down and might grind into the base plate. Once you play around with the screw that moves the print head up and down, you may hear a click when it gets towards touching the base - thats the switch that should tell the print head where to stop. If your screws aren't properly aligned, the machine won't work right.Minus 1 star for the glue-stick method of holding prints in place. This is really hard to continue to use after the first print. Glue quickly builds up on the bed causing print issues with the level being off by even 1mm, not to mention the fact that the glue is really not that sticky. After more than half of my prints failing mid-print due to the printer head sliding the print around on the base, I finally gave up and decided to order a 3d printer with a heated bed option. Even after washing all the glue off the bed with care, I just couldn't get it to reliably stick. I considered trying double sided tape, but ultimately decided it was too finicky to be worthwhile. I'm sure someone willing to be patient and experiment more with it could be happy with this inexpensive machine. It is clearly capable of printing well IF you can adjust all the screws perfectly and keep the bed sticky to just the right amount each time.Due to the lack of instructions, and no image guide to what you can print I took another star away from the rating. The problem with the print files being by name is you have no idea how big anything is. I printed a bottle cap as a test piece thinking it would be a small test... a couple hours later I ended with a giant cap made for a several gallon jug of industrial detergent or something (about 10 times the size of what I expected a bottle cap to be!). They should have at least made an image directory with file names and sizes IN PRINT with the instructions (since the display screen only does letters). They have the file images on the card - but because you can print from the card, only people who plug it into their computer would find it (IF they knew to look through the random folders on the card).
