Great Product
Great beginner piano ! Took me about one hour to assemble ( not the most mechanically inclined person). The assembly instructions were what took the time, they are somewhat self explanatory but the diagram could be a little clearer and larger. The piano itself seems great so far. The keys are definitely weighted. Maybe just a little more then a acoustic piano. And a few of the keys were barely audible but perked up after I played it for a bit. For the money it is definitely a good deal. Unless something goods wrong in the near future I’m very happy with this purchase.

Connected with a Windows Machine and Synthesia
This is quite an amazing setup. I connected this piano with Windows machine and Synthesia. My kids are practicing the piano now more than ever! They actually think it is fun. For the price, you are not going to find a better machine. If you are wondering about the quality -- it is good. Great sound and the keys are weighted fine. Is it going to get you the sound of $2000+ digital piano? Probably not. But it sounds good to me. It hits all the checks that I was looking for at a price that is great. Did I mention how awesome it is with Synthesia?

Great value
What a bargain! Keys were stiff at first but have loosened up with use. It doesn't seem to mute when headphones plugged in. Lots of voices to choose from. I'm enjoying very much.

This is a great piano!
The piano looks super nice, the keys are weighted well, and the pedals are shiny! It came about a week early than it was suppose to which made me very happy! The only thing I don't like a whole bunch is how electronic it sounds. The tone quality is fine, but not my favorite. Putting it together was easy but the screwdriver that it came with was too big for the screws so I had to dig through my toolbox to get one that fit. Overall, it is a nice piano and will last me until I can get that baby grand :)

DON'T BUY
Our two big issues with this is: 1.) how the company packages the keyboard - with no styrofoam, making it easy for the keyboard to get damaged while being shipped. The company needs to do a better job of packaging it well. This is a cheap keyboard with a stand made of particle board, so it can break easily just because of the particle board materials it is made of. 2.) Dealing with their customer service is a hassle. You cannot return it via Amazon, rather have to get permission from the company to be able to return it and then they will give you a shipping label if they approve of you returning it, and getting their permission entails taking lots of photos. Their email was not very clear, telling me that maybe I would get a refund or maybe a partial refund. This info is very relevant for a potential buyer, because if yours is damaged too then it will be a challenge to return it.

Amazing value and furniture piece
The media could not be loaded. Our first family piano! We bought this so we could all learn together. The assembly is a matter of some screws and could be done by one person if needed. The packaging was very thoughtful and neat. The product is just amazing! We really like that the keys are a nice heavy key and there’s lots of electronic extras to mix music with. We’re using a YouTube app to teach us our songs and after one day we have a song learned!

getting it together
i read some reviews that there was a problem putting it together??? took me less than an hr. i agree the instructions weren't great but... if you do have trouble give it to your 10 yr old!! am pleased with the piano but i will never use all the tones available. PS comes with its own screw driver PPS start with the bottom and sides. did it myself without help. Oh one final thing seems there has been some questions as to where the pedal cord connects to piano cord goes through a hole on the left side of the board holding the pedals

Disappointed
It was easy to assemble and the price point is the cheapest I could find ($350) for an 88-weighted key piano. But I am disappointed. It's not an awesome replacement for the electric piano we had before. The keys spring back at your fingers after you let go of them. It is wonky. I'm concerned about my kids learning on this piano and then going to play a real piano somewhere else and not being able to adjust to how a piano is actually supposed to feel. Some of the keys don't play any sound if you press them closer to the top where they hinge, which is frustrating bc anything beyond a beginner you have to play the keys up in that area in order to reach the range required of you. So I don't know, it's alright, but it is a let down for sure.
