I looked at many bands and spoke with some friends who have used various bands. One of the biggest gripes i heard was that many other bands will roll when using which then complete distracts from the workout and is just a huge annoyance. Someone at the gym had these and on the recommendation I bought. I am very happy after a couple workouts. They are comfortable, high quality provide great resistance in the workout and don't ROLL! They also come in a great reusable small since sack that is a great way to keep them organized in my workout bag.

Best bands I've tried. I use them daily, no wear and tear yet. Grip is Amazing and resistance will make you doubt your own strength. They upped my leg days for sure

I really like these bands compared to the traditional rubber bands. They stay in don’t move and they have a great level of resistance. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to add resistance bands to their work out.

These bands are great!!! Perfect amount of resistance for doing squats!! They are better than the cheap rubber bands you see all over amazon. They really help shape the muscle and you can wash these!

Received these today started using them immediately. I’ve created a workout routine that I do everyday but feel that I’m at a level now where I can bump it up a notch, so decided to add some resistance with these.There are three sizes - small, medium, and large. I found that the large is a bit too large for my liking so will probably use the small and medium more. I am 5’7” and 115 pounds btw if you need some reference. I really like that they are very soft and comfortable even against your bare skin. I even felt like using these during my squats eased up the pressure on my knees. I would definitely recommend these to those wanting to incorporate some resistance in their workouts. They are comfortable, sturdy, and priced well.The only con (and also why I only gave 4 stars) is that they have a really bad funky smell when you open the package. I’m airing them out but the smell is pretty strong and is filling up the room. Hopefully it’ll dissipate over time.

High quality feel that doesn’t slide down the legs very wide comfortable feel. I would recommend these to anyone who does resistance work.

Strong, durable and does not roll. Will definitely take your strength training up a notch.
