Many sellers post-processed their pictures to make their balloons bright & blinking, but I am super glad that the stuff is exactly the same as described and the colors are as vibrant as the picture shows.We blowed up most of the latex balloons with a hand pump and mouth-blew a few ones in the last minute -- easy easy peasy. The "happy birthday" text rainbow balloons are thick. Some cheap ones just touch like a plastic bag but this one feels like paper. You can feel the thickness with your fingers. Inflatable with the straw provided in the package (or whatever straw from e.g. McDonald), self adhered very well, lasts for days.We are very happy with this purchase.

Arrived as described and on time. Colors were as I expected. They're not as bright as in the pics, but I always assume pics are enhanced to appear brighter. I didn't use all of the balloons in the package. I inflated the letters "happy birthday" using the included straw, and the two large mylar beach ball shaped balloons with helium. The 'R' was the only one that did not seal. I was disappointed since it was noticable but used it anyway. I did hang the HB inflatable banner using the included ribbon. Next time, I'll be more prepared to have extra ribbon on hand because it was the cheapest ribbon I've ever used. It tore and broke so easily and was a pain to use. The same type of ribbon from a different set worked perfectly. So, I may have just received a bad roll. I thought the price was a little high @ $13.99prime, but you do get a lot of balloons!! Overall, it got the job done. I would recommend this set of rainbow balloons, just be sure to have extra ribbon just in case.

IT TOTALY RUINED BY DAUGHTERS BIRTHDAY PARTY DECORATION AS I WAS NOT ABLE TO PUT UP THE HAPPY BIRTHDAY BALLOONS ONLY 5 BALLOONS DINT POP. I WAS NOT ABLE TO ADD NON OF THE ROUND BALLOONS OR THE STARS. NEVER BUYING THIS AGAIN. THE BALLOONS WERE LIKE GLUED TO EACH OTHER SO AT THE TIME OF INFLATING THEM IT LOOKED LIKE IN THE PICTURES. IVE WORKED WITH THIS KIDS OF BALLOONS BEFORE AND I AM AWARE OF HOW IT NEEDS TO BE INFLATED BUT THE QUALITY IS VERY BAD. DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT AT ALL.

Even better than I imagined! The letters are bigger than I expected (I was worried they would be small but they are the perfect size!)! All of the balloons are the perfect size, very colorful & pretty, durable and easy to inflate!

Poor quality. Balloons stuck together when taking them out of the packet, which caused the colors to come off. Not as colorful as pictures. Balloons with confetti have a yellow tint. We didn't even bother to blow up all of the balloons. Very disappointed.

Some of the letter were defected no good some were hard to put the air in with the tank and worst buy ever wasted my time my daugther birthday couldn’t have the balloons letters on because some were mess up

Most of the balloons ripped trying to inflate even with us being super careful. I’ve done many balloons that you inflate with a straw but these were the cheapest made.

I did not receive nearly the amount of balloons that it said it came with...so that was a bummer...obviously we made it work so no problem...but still sucks to get ripped off a little
