Almost Identical to My Custom Orthotics
At the time of my writing this review, there are 11,344 reviews for a high of 61% 5-Star. Normally, I aim to only buy things that have a minimum of 68%, but these were recommended in a YouTube video of how to fix over-pronation (fallen arches) BFS.FIT - Barefoot Strength. I immediately got on Amazon and bought them. Currently, I am in GREAT PAIN for left foot over-pronation. I was tempted to return to my podiatrist for custom fitted orthotics knowing they would cost me $125 for out-of-network doctor visit plus $800 for the custom orthotics. Now you know why I was quick to buy these on Amazon and try. They look ALMOST exactly like the hard plastic custom orthotics the doc would make for me. That got me excited. Same odd little heel. I kid you not, I put them in brand new pretty colored CHEAP sneakers I just bought at the Big Box store (WM) and my feet feel great. Great support. My walk is good. My over-pronation is contained. Dang! I am thrilled. Think of all the money I have saved with these inserts and inexpensive (but PRETTY) sneakers. I am so happy. I am going to buy another pair of these orthotics. These will NOT fit pretty non-sneaker shoes. These will only fit sneaker-like shoes. I am very happy to write a review and recommend them for you to try.

Didn't think they would work
I was already wearing a pair of those expensive shoes. I really want sure if the inserts would help. They did! I wear these inserts all the time. Working on a food truck, my feet hurt. These inserts have helped relieve the pain while I work. My sister recommended these.

Feel great on flat feet
I thought that these work great. The only problem I have is don't take the original soles out of your shoes with this insert

I have more than one pair.
I have four pair of these inserts because I rotate shoes so often. Walking shoes, garden shoes, Skechers, clogs, etc. I was recommended these by my podiatrist rather than going to the Foot Store - where one of her patients spent $1700 for custom orthotics.I’m grateful for such an inexpensive, easy fix.

OK. But for Me the Full Length Supports work Better
I found that a good pair of full lenth insoles worked better than these "partial length" supports. Full length arch supports seem to make more sense to me as well. The whole foot is supported and bc of the full length they don't tend to slide around inside the shoe. That was something I experieinced with the part length supports.

Firm and supportive
Very firm and good arch support. I needed something that kept its shape in the arch and this is perfect. Not for people that want cushion this is a firm arch support. Feet feel supported all day and the 3/4 size fits in all my sneakers.

Very high arch support
These have the highest arches of any orthotics I've tried. Much better than the green (highest) Superfeet. They're not for everyone because they're so high, but great for folks like me. They also have deep heel cups to keep your heel stable which is important for overpronators. I even bought a pair for my slippers.

A little wide, but helped
They help to relieve my arch pain. I do think they are a bit wide. I could have gone down a size. I ordered the size reccomended. I wear an 8-8.5 USA women's size running shoe. The reccomended the next size up from the smallest one. I could have gone down a size and I think it would have been better. I mostly wear barefoot shoes that are pretty wide and not very structured all the way down and these still push on the sides of my shoes. I'm thinking about a smaller pair to see of its better because it does help. They are not soft at all. They are a rigid peice of plastic meant to keep the foot aligned and arch elevated. They easily skipped into my shoes and minimally took up space with my thin foam inserts. With my thicker inserts and my insulated insoles, they made the back of the shoe too low on my heel on some shoes. I don't find that they slip when your foot is in the shoe. I would reccomended trying them.
