SUNNYARD 10 Ft Cantilever Offset Patio Umbrella Hanging Market Umbrella with Crank and Air Vent,8Ribs,Red

We purchased this umbrella in May and used it maybe three dozen times over the summer when the weather was nice enough to be outside. In early October the interior cord broke while the umbrella was up, dropping the umbrella. There is no way to retrieve it or fix it. I can't return it so I wasted a ton of money- both the umbrella and the base which had to be purchased separately! Very disappointed.

I love this umbrella, kept the patio cool this summer and kept my plants out of the hot sun. I bought a thread umbrella and unfortunately it faded in just 3 months. I will call the company to see if they can do something about this. Otherwise I love the red umbrella.

Very disappointed, cute umbrella, but internal cord broke within 3 weeks. It was kept open on my patio, not cranked up and down since I purchased it. The cording used in production may be defective.

Nice umbrella/fabric for the money, but the crank mechanism makes loud noises and is slipping, particularly when lowering. I expect it to break. Would love to have seller answer if this is normal

The color faded in only one year of use. Not even a full year because I live in New Jersey and we get summer for about 3-4 months.
