For your feet not your calves
I thought I would be able to recline like the picture with my calves supported, but it was a no go. My legs still touched the ground no matter how I fixed the strap. Fortunately I was able to place my feet in the hammock which was quite comfortable, but I still would’ve loved to actually be able to suspend my legs entirely.

Great product for short people
My legs usually wouldn’t touch the floor in office, I can only fly my legs in the air which makes my legs numb and swelling for a long time sitting in front of my desk and I even can’t stand straightly when I sat for several hours, this foot hammock helps me a lot, and not so difficult for me to set on my desk.
