I use this book bag 2 times a week for work. It never had anything really heavy in it and only had it a couple of weeks before the zipper broke. It does have 2 zippers so the other still works, it’s just a pain to use. I didn’t want to be bothered to return it for only using it a couple times a week, but if you’re using it everyday, maybe that would be something you’d want to get fixed. All in all, it’s a super cute bag with lots of room but the zippers apparently are cheap.

I really like this bag. It is roomy, clean, cute, and just the right size. I haven’t carried a backpack in years... lolI can fit so many of my necessities in this bag, without feeling weighed down.

The bag was adorible and the colors were bright , but the size was way to small for my middle school aged daughter to use .

So many women's bags are so small and can't fit anything of use. This backpack easily fits my laptop and daily books, which is by far more impressive then it might sound. The only feature I am disappointed with is the "charging and headphone ports". They don't seem to work and when my phone is in the bag it's in the pocket not inside the main compartment itself. Other then that little glitch, I am very happy with the product.

Nice roomy bag, but the zipper was sub-par and came apart within first month, with only light use. It was still spotless so I returned for refund.

I bought three of these for my daughter and her friends. Each one has a different issue. One of the side pockets ripped off of one, the zipper on the other one stopped working. My daughter's is pictured. You can see that the whole strap and the top loop ripped off, leaving a hole in the top of the bag. Due to covid my daughter and her friends have not always been at school this year. They haven't used them too long. The school is not even over and they haven't even used them every single school day due to covid and school closures. I have never quite seen a backpack fall apart like this, ever😔

I bought this for school and it came really fast. The size is fine and probably big enough to carry my books. I love this pattern and the little pouch that came with it. The only issue I have is that the handle and straps aren’t white. Instead, it is tinted a light green color and to me, it resembles mint chocolate. Not the worst, but not what I was looking for either. Overall, decent buy but would not recommend unless your into the mint chocolate type of color scheme.

My daughter was so excited about this back pack. We purchased this back pack in August. It’s now September and the zipper broke. The straps are tearing and shredded and it just fell apart. Unfortunately we are past the return window so we’re stuck with it. Beware not a good product!
