I have been using SwanNaturals for quite some time and obviously like it. However, my last bottle of serum is totally useless. I had bought two bottles and kept them in my cabinet and went to open the second and I noticed it had leaked thru the seal. When I tried to use it it just foamed over and under the cap and I have lost about a fourth of it to foam. Never happened before and I am wondering of the formula was off. I would appreciate another bottle of the serum for replacement as I can't just put what's left in another bottle as the air has been hitting it and it loses it's potency. I am not sure how to ask, so am putting it here.

Quality and the proper type of C
I looked up a lot of Vitamin C products and settled on this one due to the quality ingredients. For that, I would give it 5 stars, I don't consider myself to have sensitive skin but this "burned" my skin. It made the skin above my lips look like I had a slight case of eczema. I might try diluting it a bit for me. I guess that means I will get more for my money. : )

Be prepared to put it in a different container
Product is okay; however it does crystallize and you then have sand on your face. The container is terrible! It leaks and the pump doesn't work, so you have to put the serum in a different container.

PACKAGING ISSUE
When I received the bottle, it was opened, so afraid to even use it for fear it had been used by someone else. It could have been the packaging but not sure so I don't have a clue as to whether it works or not. The fluid that came out of it was brown in color so it was discouraging. Shame on me for ordering a product like this from Amazon.
