My second time purchasing this! Protein content is on par with others, but I love it for the fact that it dissolves easily and has fiber! Many protein powders have NO fiber so need to add psyllium husk making it chunky. This stuff solves the problem. Best part is if I need more protein, I can just add a scoop of Kirkland brand which has no fiber, fat, or carbs but 25g of protein for an excellent meal replacement! Will keep me full into lunch easily

Taste and quality are king with this product. I used to buy protein powders in bulk and then add flavoring and extra ingredients to get the taste and texture just right. While that worked, it took longer and involved measuring ingredients for consistency.With this powder, the taste and texture are built in, making it easy to down with only water or milk. Going forward, I think I’ll stick with this product line for a while, trying different flavors to see which I like best.

By far the best tasting protein I’ve ever tried. I started using this years ago, and stopped buying it to try new ones and honestly I ended up coming right back to this. Probably not the best macros, but definitely the best tasting one in my opinion. Doesn’t leave aftertaste at all.

Great tasting, mixes well. What else is there to say about protein powder!? This stuff is amazing. The taste is really close to actual mint chocolate chip ice cream. It mixes really easy in my shaker bottles, no lumps, no chalky taste, no gritty mouth feel. Love it.

The shake tasted good but it’s listed one scoop per serving with 4 to 5oz of water or milk which isn’t much and ain’t filling! But one scoop is 190 calories with water so I usually do two scoops with 8oz of 1% milk and that does it for me! As for it keeping me feeling full it’s about average just a more pricer average!This is a one time purchase for me GNC kept me feeling full longer.

This is my new favorite protein! The taste is phenomenal tastes like strawberry milk. It mixes very well (I use whole milk, but could use anything!). It has a variety of protein forms which means all essential amino acids, and slow burning protein forms. You get a great amount of product for the price unlike some other brands that price gauge the heck out of you. I’m a Syntha customer for life! 💪🏼

Look at the macros on this item it’s an excellent value for the money for how many grams of protein you are getting. Certain flavors are a better value on Amazon when you buy 2 at once u would strongly suggest it. In addition it’s a good quick meal replacement.

This has a wonderful taste. Not chalky as some can be. Good mixed with water better with Milk.
