Sofishie V-Shape Cover Up Beach Dress

I bought one of these last year and was so pleased with it I wanted to buy some more - they are perfect for walking around the ship when you are cruising. I bought my last one through the seller Sofishe - it was at least twice the price of this one, and it was a slinky shiny fabric, true to the color in the picture. Having read a lot of the reviews I knew there was a possibility, that even though this seller is using the same images, the product maybe different. But for $6 including the shipping what do I have to lose. I have just received my new cover ups and they are indeed different from the one I got before. They are a light weight cotton, very true to the color in the picture. They are not very long - I am only 5'3" 125 lbs and they are possibly even shorter on me than they are on the girl in the picture. The benefit of the slinkier fabric was that it didn't wrinkle and it always hung nicely - with the cotton my concern is that it will hold the wrinkles and will shrink in the drier. All in all, I am very happy with this product - they are exactly what I expected. I got the teal and the rose, and the colors are beautiful. They are a little more flattering to the figure than the last one I bought. It is a nice light weight cover up/beach dress that cost me $6 - less than the price of a cocktail. Even if it only lasts me one season I will still feel that I had value for money!

Very cute top. I did not think it would fit being made in china and all but it fits just as my other cover ups do. It is form fitting up top and loose under the breast area, which is exactly what I wanted. I wear them for everyday casual or dressy, they are so versatile. They are all thin but not all of them are see-thru, but for the ones that are I simply layer a cami underneath and viola, problem solved. Some of them fit high up enough along the sides and do not allow my bra to show (you know that area just underneath your armpits) but some don't and again for that I just cami it up. I am about 5' 9", 170 lbs, 36-38 G size bra and they hang just above mid thigh on me, so pretty short. They do not come with attached tags that describe fabric, care instructions, etc. I just generally machine wash with warm or cold water and hang dry. Also they hold a lot of wrinkles. Overall this is a well constructed top and I will be buying more colors.

I'm 5'9, 135 pounds and this cover up fits perfect. I have long legs and a long torso, yet it covers even a little past my butt. It hangs loosely, is really cute, and is made of super comfortable material. I ordered the black one. The only thing I don't like is that when I opened it, it was like a burst of chemical smell, it was like the whole dress was soaked in the stench of chemicals! I couldn't even try it on for the first week of owning it, because of the smell and laid it in the attic to air out. It's aired out a lot now, and I was finally able to try it on and all, which is a perfect fit like I said, but if you buy this, make sure to air it out for a few days or more first!!! Also, there is absolutely no tag anywhere on the dress cover up, so I'm guessing it should either be hand washed, or on a gentle cycle.

As other reviewers mentioned, the images are from Victoria's Secret and are different from the style this company is selling.The horizontal gathered seam is higher - just under the bust - and the sleeves aren't floppy. It's more of an empire dress with more coverage and has a wearable V in front and in back that does not show a bra/bikini top at all, which I like. I'm 5' 6" with a 38C bust and it fit well.I gave it only four stars because it differs from the photo, has loose strings, and also dark threading from a tag in back. The care instructions also say 'dry clean only', but at this price, I probably won't bother.

I love it. After reading all the reviews I was regretting my purchase, and while it took quite a long time I was extremely happy with the outcome! Yes it is a shiny material. I'm 5'8" and 155lbs and it fits me exactly how I want it. I tried them on as soon as I opened the package and it was exactly what I was expecting for a swim cover up! This is NOT a dress, this is meant to cover you up while youre walking to the pool or the beach with your bathing suit on. Mine goes right below my butt and covers up where it needs to so I'm not just walking around in my bathing suit. My husband LOVES them (I got blue and yellow). Overall I'm happy with the product! Its exactly what I needed for my honeymoon to walk to the pool and beach from my hotel room!!

I ordered the yellow cover up. It arrived almost a week and a half before the delivery date which was a bonus. I love the fit one size fits all standard s/m is perfect Im 5f1in. The only problem the yellow wasn't as vibrant as the picture showed which was really disappointing. Its not a bright sunshine yellow or canary. Mine is equivalent to over cooked corn on the cob; very cheap costume jewelry gold yellow. Im still going to where it, great price and the chiffon is very nice for a direct from China purchase it is what it is

It's a little thinner than I thought it'd be (as far as the material), but otherwise, I am ready for the beach...it's loose enough and provides enough coverage but not too much when you are going to be on the beach. This review is based on trying it on in my room, but I haven't worn it to the beach yet, so I don't know what it'll look like or what will happen when it gets wet or when it is put over a wet swimsuit.

This coverup is cute and is made of nice material. However, it was a little short for my body type, (since my 36G breasts take up so much of the top portion.) I sent it back simply because I would end up pulling it down to fully cover my bottom. I am fit and have muscle, so this may run a little short if your body is like mine. Other than that, I would have loved it.
