Save your money and pass on this.
I installed the whole system and had a professional come over to evacuate the lines, vacuum check and then turn on the freon. I was really excited to see it work. I was sorely disappointed.He found one loose connection, fixed that and then found a pinhole in the copper 6" from the fitting. No damage to the line from kinking or anything, just thin, bad copper.Once fixed, he turned the freon on...nothing!! The condensor was "dry" on 2 out of 3 circuits. We didn't even check the 3rd, because a dry condendor means it wasnt built right, is full of leaks and has to be replaced.While the company selling this tried to make it right by sending another condensor, I lost all confidence in this product. I ripped it back out, and got central AC.The copper is super thin. Obvioudly not built with quality, or I wouldn't have had so many problems.I'm going to take a bit hit on this financially, not to mention the wall repairs I'm now having to do after removing it.Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

Great system!
This is a great alternative to those standard duct HVAC units. It's easy for the average DIY to run and install. It comes loaded with the frion (ac liquid). I do advise that once it's hooked up u hire a HVAC person to bleed the lines and pressurize em. Let a professional get them up and running once u the owner do the leg work which is mount the units and run the piping and electrical lines.Worked also no issues to troubleshoot. Also advise mounting outdoor unit to the wall higher up to prevent any theives from stealing its parts.
