Liked item but damaged…the envelope intact so must have happened when putting in envelope ( leaf bent /ripped)

Terrible Packaging
We've bought two sets and sent both back. Its such a shame as they are lovely but the packaging completely inadequate and not suitable for the product. The top leaf is always ripped.
