This removes a lot of water perfectly
I don't see how anyone can complain about this..... it works flawlessly and removed the excess moisture in the house from our long wet winters fast.It uses minimal power to do this and it's just unbelievable that the air was so saturated.Complaints about noise are just silly. It's a compressor, and there is no such thing as a quiet compressor. The fan is quiet however.Overall it's not that bad but yes it will annoy some people if you use it in the room you are watching a TV or similar. It does a little vibration noise but so does everything that has a compressor. Just add some foam tape to the panels and it will get very quiet fast.Being I scored a warehouse deal on this it was a great buy and yes I totally recommend it. Very Solid appliance.

LOUD!
We got two of them both really Noisy. We have a 50 quart that is the exact same brand that is really quiet compared to the 30 quart. Too Loud!

Underpowered/Poor Results
I loved that this worked with Alexa. Setup was easy enough. However these units just didnt seem to do the trick for me. I tried both the 30 and 50 pint versions and despite my leaving them on a week non-stop, the humidity level would not go below 60 percent (using full power settings). Note that my basement is only about 700 sq ft—well within the range of the 30 pint model. I tried the 50 pint model after returning the 30 and it had the exact same result. In fact I could see/hear no difference in size or amount of water draw. I can not recommend these units based on my personal experience.

It works.
Works great. Pulls moisture out of a room quickly, and it's easy to operate and control. It's pretty loud though overall, and also has pieces that vibrate and cause extra noise. It is possible to sleep with this running, but it is also possible that you will wake up in theiddle of the night and the thing will feel loud and annoying. It beeps when you turn the power off and press any buttons, so turning it off through the night isn't a discreet action. Fine for running during the day for blocks of time as needed. Haven't tried hooking up a hose for draining the water, but when running it a lot we need to empty the water tub daily!

Big Power in a Small Package
Love this little dehumidifier! I use it in my garage loft that always had high humidity before I purchased this unit. It’s energy star rated, so I mostly run it in continuous mode.

Does a good job and isn't very warm.
We used this to dehumidify our small master bedroom. We have it sitting atop our dresser because we don't have any space elsewhere. The sound is a little loud, but it does a good job and surprisingly doesn't make the small space very warm. I wish the app could notify us when the reservoir is full.

So look others
1) Willingy choice this the reason is "made in USA" in product info at amazon web page, BUT "made in China" at box.2) Too much noices not fan, only compressor vibration noice. I covered a cushion, boxes... Never reduced.3) "kool" on the name of product, but coming out warm air! So room temperature is raised higher.

After a switch failure, I Plan to purchase another. Customer service was great.
Great product. Looks great, quit and easy to maneuver. Loved the features! But, after 2 months, Overflow switch failed. Would recommend buying, but suggest that it is connected directly to the drain.
