I got this for my mom for Christmas, first thing my wife said "is she is going to cry". We got this on December 2nd and started getting the family connected and the pictures started coming in, I love how easy set up is and how easy it is to send pictures. By Christmas day we had 100rds of pictures. We had a live video going on Facebook for our family and yes my mother cried! She was going through all the pictures that day when all the new ones from Christmas rolled in, she cried again! It's a gift that keeps on giving. Everyone in our family that wants a copy of the pictures just need to bring a SD card as you can save them that way. Live this picture frame!

Works great and was easy to set up.

Purchase about 18 months go so we could have photos of our grandchild. About 3 days ago it just stopped. Now have to buy a new one!

11/11/2019 - UPDATE TO REVIEW WRITTEN BELOW - I want to mention that Feelcare contacted me directly 2 months after I posted my review. They were very eager to assist me and replace my frame, however, I had gone with another brand (ironically about 3 days before they contacted me). So, if by chance you have any issues with your frame, do not contact Amazon or Frameo - reach out to Feelcare directly and I believe they will be responsive and helpful.As I mentioned in my initial review, I did purchase the 7in frame at the same time and have had no issues.ORIGINAL REVIEWLoading and sharing pictures from your phone is great and simple - takes time but I figured it would be worth it.After a month I came home to a blank screen. Powering off and on didn't help, and finally decided to reset and run the risk of losing all my photos and having to start over. That didn't work. Tried 'chatting' with Amazon which took a long time to come up with nothing.Finally contacted Frameo and received this response:Thank you for your message. We're sorry that you are experiencing problems with your frame.Unfortunately it sounds like there have been an issue with the hardware where the file system on the frame has been corrupted, so it doesn't start up correctly. In rare cases this can sometimes happen if the photo frame is unplugged from the power switch while it is still turned on. It is therefore important to shut down the frame with the power-button on the back of the frame.There is unfortunately nothing we can do about this issue on our side. My best advice is therefore that you contact the retailer where you bought it (either contact Amazon or contact Feelcare directly at [email protected]), so that you can get it exchanged for a new one.Once again we are sorry for the inconveniences this may cause.Don’t hesitate to contact us again if you have any further questions.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Well, that's annoying especially since the frame was never disconnected.Tried chatting with Amazon again and was told that the return window had closed which was equally annoying.I did give my dad a 7 in frame and haven't had any issues - hopefully my particular situation is not the norm.

This product is perfect for your parents/in laws or for yourself! It’s super easy to share photos and very good quality

This frame really is awesome and so easy to use. I bought this for our great-grandma. The ability to add captions is awesome. We put the names of the people in the photos for her since her memory can come and go. So this frame really helps her.The reason for 4 stars is that I wish there was a desktop Frameo app. You can only transfer photos from the apps on your smart phone/device. For some of the family wanting to send photos this is a problem. Also it would be great if the Frameo app would allow you to manage the device. Currently the only way to manage the device is from the actual device. So in our case we would have to go to great-grandmas frame and fix it for her if she should ever mess it up in any way. This is particularly hard right now with Covid as no one is allowed to go into her room at her senior living facility. We can only hope that the caretakers will help out but who knows. We might actually get a piece of plexiglass to put over it so that she can't mess with it since it is a touch screen.

Great product, easy to use.I wish it had a battery, it has to be plugged in to work

I got this for displaying positively oriented thoughts and quotes. Even though it accepts only a 32 GB SD card, that certainly does hold a lot of images. The pictures are nice and clear and are displayed in portrait or landscape perspective, depending on how the frame is oriented. I am currently using it as a desk/table top display, although it does have holes in the back, for hanging on a wall. I'm happy with it. I am not using it with the software to allow others to add images, so I don't know about that aspect of this frame.

This frame is great. I bought 3 of them and gave 2 to our daughters. It’s so much fun sharing pictures with each other. We all love the size and the picture quality is good. The features that make this frame appealing are the touch screen, fitting the pictures to the frame and being able to adjust the picture placement.

My parents, both on the edge of 90, can now see great grandchildren and family from across the country. A remarkable piece of tech. Also, my father finds it easy to sue re: sliding the frames backwards to see a photo or video again.
