ive used this to coat over a base color on metal. Different base colors and firedots mixed in a clear waterbased urathane. What i got was a rustic metallic color that looks more natural then what metallic paint would look like. will definitely buy more colors again.

The brick red image on the website is much darker than the super bright copper/gold pigment received.Update: seller noticed my review and suggested they sent the gold color instead of the copperplate. The pigment is labeled copperplate, but the pigment does look just like their product photo of the gold color. Seller refunded the purchase price unasked, and later not only sent the copper color pigment, but additional colors. The powders brush on nicely and can be easily sealed with a spray topcoat.

It's a beautiful color but definitely more of a bronze than a copper. It didn't work for me. The price and quantity was amazing though. Just too red for a copper.

I swear by this mica powder.I thought it was a little pricey when I first purchased but it’s absolutely worth it.It had a beautiful pearlescent colour and you only need the smallest amount to do the trick.Very happy with this purchase.
